Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Worth separating two things on this listing: how the food is received, and how the kitchen inspects. Opinion on front-of-house is split — those reviews land at 3.2 on average.
Of the 16 rated reviews, 6 sit at four stars or better and 10 at two or below. No one in this corpus comments on how much food arrives at all. The single most common rating left here is 1 star (10 of 16).
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (98/100), with 2 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. The visit behind that grade was October 29, 2025. That puts it ahead of 76% of graded kitchens in Brevard County. For specifics, the last inspection cited employee personal belongings and current license, properly displayed.
Worth separating: the complaints above cluster on service, not on the kitchen, which inspected well. The underlying reviews are reproduced in full underneath.

It's McDonald's, you either like it or you don't.

I recently visited this McDonald's location in Melbourne, Florida, and I was quite disappointed with the service. I experienced a very long wait time, and the staff did not seem prepared or attentive to the customers. I know there are much better McDonald's locations in the area with faster and more organized service, so I would suggest skipping this one.

Fast service; very kind people.
-
Almost every order i get from this location is almost always messed up and i end up paying for an incomplete order 80% of the time. They have incompetent staff and its been like this for years. Go to the other locations.

Worst experience at McDonald’s races people work here with a whole lot of attitude
-
No one there can ever listen to your order and get it right. At least 50% of the time I order something from them (which isn’t that often) the employees never get it right.
-
Y’all can’t be serious. It looks like this lettuce was pulled out of the trash. And no jalapeños or mayo
-
If a menu item is not available on the DoorDash app, make sure to FIX IT, ordered a frappe twice to not receive it the first time, and not giving proper communication on the second time I ordered it, that’s time and money. It’s really frustrating 😡
-
Clearly not open 24hrs. Fix your hours of operation.
-
Says is 24 Hour and no one is there
-
Dessie did absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond and the service was great!
-
Second McDonald’s I’ve showed up at in this town that was supposed to be open and nobody ever answered at the drive thru. Says it’s 24 hours but all the lights are off at 6am on a Saturday
