New experience At first I felt that they were Robotic...scripted... No outside conversation with us at all... But then on experiences after that, I was asked how I was doing and even looked at me. I know when you're super busy there is not time to do the little things but it's the little things that keep people coming back. Thank you for changing your style and I am very grateful that I was able to update this review. Love the food...

Went here twice both times the portion size is so small especially for the meat idk why they are so stingy won’t be back any more at this location

Everyone here is always so nice and helpful but I wanted to give a shoutout to Bri (Bree?) she is always so sweet and welcoming and personable whenever I go in there 🙂

Came in at 9:15 they don’t close until 10 they didn’t have white rice , steak or any of the salsa selections but 3 out. I work in the food industry and if i didn’t have product 45 min before close my boss would loose it do better.

I went to moes tonight 5/23/26 around 8:45pm. I understand that as it gets later in the night that eventually the food runs low. The service was horrible. The store is ran by incompetent teenagers who have no idea how to make a food experience great. The serving size for an almost $13.00 dollar burrito is ridiculous. I paid almost $28.00 for two food items. Over the last year it seems like moes is charging more for less food which is absolutely ridiculous. The team members can be seen handling food on the line without gloves and long acrylic fingernails. Their food safety handling procedures are not proper. They pay zero attention to other good ingredients cross contaminating. I have black olives mixed into my burrito which I didn’t ask for, but was in the guacamole because they don’t pay attention to other food crossing over into other containers. The team members need to be more aware. What about people who have food allergies? Overall this experience was horrible and it’s not my first. I am tired of trying to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt. I will be taking my money to somewhere better. Although i’m sure they don’t care about that.

Absolutely amazing experience! The team members were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and hardworking. The food was fresh, flavorful, and made perfectly. You can really tell the staff cares about giving great service and creating a great atmosphere. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Moe’s location, and I will 100% be coming back!

If you order delivery from here. Your order will not be put in until their line of people in the store is gone and your poor delivery driver will have to wait and wait and wait until they decide to get around to it. They do not care about delivery orders at all. I waited over 25 minutes in the store to pick up an order that my customer put in 20 minutes before I got there. It was not ready and the line was halfway out the door and they did everything they could to take care of the people in the store but let my customer wait 45 minutes taking away my tip and waiting time. When I asked about the order they said they were busy with customers. I tried to explain that my delivery was a customer also and it should have been ready already because that was put in before these people even showed up. Thought that was kind of rude. Sorry customers. I will not pick up there ever again

Love the food and friendly staff.

I was here yesterday and ordered a homewrecker steak burrito bowl. $15.99 for the one item. The server did not provide me any cutlery. It was not very tasty nor was the staff friendly.

***UPDATE!!!**** I came in on Sunday February 15,2026 with my 7 year old son. We had lunch. I scanned my app at the register when I paid for our lunch. The next night Monday the 16th I got a charge on the app for a meal order placed at Moe’s crossing at 2300 Roosevelt BLvd in Clearwater at 7:47 pm. I immediately called that location and let them know I live in Palm Bay and have never been there, nor did I place the order. The order was placed using my bank card, the Moe’s app and the 1600 points I had. The girl on the phone said the owner would put a ticket in so that my points could be returned. She said she would call me back and that the owner would contact our store here. None has been, corporate has stated they can’t help and that his to be the owner of the Clearwater store or our West Melbourne store. I have gone back and forth with corporate to no avail. I’ve left messages for the owner in Clearwater and here. No one ever calls me back. No one has access to my Moe’s app and I have never been to the west coast of Florida, nor did I go anywhere else that day or the next day. I find it funny that I had lunch at this location and the next day my app is hacked. I also find it funny that between 2 franchises and corporate no one wants to help. But that’s ok because I’ll take my business elsewhere. I’ll never step foot in another Moe’s no matter the location. Corporate and franchise owners are unhelpful and disregard customers. My high opinion of Moe’s was so wrong because…

Fair quality

Moe’s food is always good, and the employees are always cheerful, which makes the experience even better. I’ve had consistently good experiences there, and the food is solid every time. The pricing has gone up a little more than I’d ideally want to pay for what I’m eating, but I get it — that’s happening everywhere. Even so, it’s still a lot cheaper than Bubbakoo’s for a very similar meal, which definitely makes Moe’s feel like the better value.

Love it, it's a nice break away from chipotle, the food is great servings are nice and the employees are friendly. And let's not forget it's very clean inside

Great to bring my grandkids. They like the caso.

Rice was undercooked, meat was overcooked, forgot my salsa for my chips.

The cleanliness of this restaurant has gone down hill. The salsa bar was messy and had several unwanted mix ins inside. The preparation area for your order was disgusting and very sloppy.

$9.99 for a sandwich, chips and drinks is the best deal in town. My wife and I spilt it. Luca was very pleasant. The food tasty. Definitely I'll be back

Very poor management, service and food quality..The dining room was dirty Tables and over full trash the food station was also pretty dirty the rice was hard the lettuce was past its date for sure they apparently don’t k ow what food prep means for a busy Saturday that is running promo they ran out of almost everything. They should hire better staff that’s for sure

Moes is Awesome

In my opinion, good service makes quick restaurants like these stand out… Today, a friendly guy named Warren greeted us and served my girlfriend and I, his vibe was full of life, and we both chatted for a bit making jokes… but Warren was very knowledgeable on the menu and even helped me pick out some of the items for my bowl, I will surely be returning to this location again… good pick on hiring this guy!

Ordered on app and they take forever to fulfill it. Waited 40 min for them to make it. They prioritize orders in-line instead of app orders. Horrible service!!
