The headline average flatters this listing; the recent half does not. Reviews mentioning how guests are treated average 2.8 stars, so it divides opinion rather than settling it. Value for money follows at 21% of reviews, where ratings average 3.8.
A third strand, wait times, appears in 17% of them at 2.8 stars. 5 stars is the modal score, given by 13 of the 24 reviewers who rated. These reviews span Sep 2025 to Jun 2026, so they cover more than one stretch of this kitchen’s history.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (95/100), with 5 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. That inspection was on February 25, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is upward over the records we hold. On health score it sits safer than 58% of the Brevard County restaurants we grade. Among the items recorded were floors, walls, ceilings clean & maintained and lighting provided.
Neither signal is decisive on its own here, which is why both are shown. Read the originals below and judge the pattern yourself.

EDIT: June 2026 We just had a much better experience at this restaurant - I have updated the "Service" Stars to reflect this, and with another good trip I'll update it to 4 Stars Overall! -- I have waited to leave a review for this restaurant in hopes that my experience would improve over multiple visits. After 3 occasions, I think my opinion is fully formed. The food here is very good - my good friend (and Pho connoisseur) tells me they know of a place in Orlando that's better, but in all honesty this food tastes just as good in my opinion. It was also served in a timely manner. My rating for this place falls to a 3/5 due to the staff. One man in particular, really. In our first visit, this man did not say anything. He approached our table and stared at us (no pen, no paper, nothing) - frowning. We politely gave him our order, giving him the benefit of the doubt (maybe he doesn't speak English and he's having a bad day). That thought quickly went out the window when I made my order with "no hot sauce, please", to which he hit me with "Why?". After elaborating by saying spicy food just doesn't sit well with me, he said "it comes with hot sauce". At this point it's clear he speaks English fluently, and he's being a dick on purpose. This kickstarted an almost comical evening in which he: - Dropped off our food and about-faced immediately - Looked away from our table every time he walked past - Smiled and chatted with other customers - Dropped off our check without asking how…

The server is so rude and passive aggressive (I think he’s the owner). Like if you hate your job, pursue another career. There were bugs in my soup on top of the cabbage, not just one, multiple. I didn’t even bother sending it back, I was over it since the guy took our order and I didn’t want to make a scene sine I was with friends. Plus, if the owner gave me an attitude while answering my questions regarding my order (I was asking why sides my order came with if any such as rice) imagine if I would’ve tried to send my order back, he would’ve cussed me out or something. Also, the Thai Milk Tea was good, but the boba taste like it’s made with sewer water. If you know, you know. Don’t go here if you want a GOOD AND POSITIVE Pho experience.

Nice little local place. The quality of the food is good and consistent. The service is okay. Service with a smile costs extra, but they're nice folks though. If you want good food for a good price and no nonsense, give them a try.

I ordered a takeout meal of broken rice with grilled pork, and it was an absolute nightmare. When I got home and opened the containers, I was hit with a horrible smell and immediately noticed that the grilled pork was completely decayed/spoiled. It was clearly unsafe for human consumption, but because it was covered in sauce/seasoning, it wasn't obvious until opening the container at home. This is an extreme health hazard. A restaurant that serves decayed meat has zero quality control and a blatant disregard for customer safety. I am incredibly disappointed and deeply concerned about their kitchen hygiene. Please check the expiration date of the preserved food from the restaurant's refrigerator and/or freezer.

I hate to leave reviews like this, but enough is enough rude male waiters snooty i’ve given this place many chances and every time that we come in male waiters are never in the mood wishy-washy they rush you Very impatient they want you to order right awayand they speak to you like you’re a little kid not very welcoming at all very rude and unprofessional This is such a good place. The cook are excellent, but they need to clean house and change waiters hates their job they can do so much better because their food is good. They’re just hiring the wrong people that don’t wanna be there and treat customers with kindness.

Authentic Vietnamese food and very friendly!! Highly recommend

I am a long-time regular of this particular location. I used to order from here almost every day when I was pregnant with my son. They knew who I was and had my order memorized. The service doesn’t seem to have changed but the portions sure have. If you order takeout or DoorDash, expect to get a way smaller portion of soup then if you are in the restaurant. For the same price. This is a recent development and incredibly disappointing because on top of having delicious food, it was also decently portioned and affordable. But I guess that is not the case anymore.

Best Boba Tea around, and I can't recommend the Thai Tea any higher. The food is also excellent.

Legit. Really good pho broth! The pancake was tasty and had nice fresh shrimp. The dipping sauce was a bit bland, but I fixed that by adding a bit of red boat. Glad I ordered from this place!

The pho ciet 3 is the best

Back in the day used to be great. Stopped in to place order and the gentleman at the front was very rude. I was asking about the kind of beef pho I would like with lemon grass and Jalapeños. He cut me off and seemed annoyed telling me no then walking away.(I know my pho) I've gotten the same kind for years.. a lady came from the back and had a bag ready i said what's this and she said your pho. I said I dont want that especially with your horrible customer service and little attitudes you got. I Told them im going to PHO 192 and left. I suggest you do the same for optimal service and way better pho.

Ordered takeout, and had someone pick it up for me since they were already out. First of all, the restaurant almost didn’t give my friend the thai tea i ordered (which would’ve been six dollars i got screwed out of). i paid $16 for the special pho, but they forgot the meatballs, which screws me out of paying that much for the special pho in the first place. this is also my first time ordering pho that doesn’t come available with rice noodles, and it’s the greasiest pho i’ve ever had. i can’t even finish it. my friend also said they put coffee creamer in my thai tea (not that evaporated milk and condensed milk are that much healthier, but it’s still kind of shocking). overall, for the price, it’s not good. pho is my go to sick meal and i feel worse now because of all the grease in the broth and how heavy the egg noodles are. i’ve moved to various places in florida and have tried multiple pho places (including one considered fast food service), and this is by far my worst experience.

We have been coming here for years, before it was even sold to the VERY VERY RUDE people who are now running this shop. I have been here so many times and each time the food was amazing, however, the male staff members are so HORRIBLY RUDE, condescending and simply do not care. They are aggressive when questions are asked, they do not clean tables as needed, they do not even smile, when you walk in, they treat you as if they have disdain for even being there. I will not be coming back to this place anytime soon. MANY more options in the are to choose from where the Service is better. TIP: Go ANYWHERE but here for a superior customer service experience.
