Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Complaints here are real, but they are mostly not about the kitchen. Reviews mentioning how guests are treated average 3.2 stars, so it divides opinion rather than settling it. Speed of service follows at 25% of reviews, where ratings average 3.5.
The split is 8 positive to 6 negative across 16 rated reviews, with 2 in the middle. 5 stars is the modal score, given by 7 of the 16 reviewers who rated. Conspicuously absent: portion size, which no reviewer brings up.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (90/100) with 1 high-priority and 2 basic violations. That inspection was on February 12, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. That puts it ahead of 42% of graded kitchens in Brevard County. Among the items recorded were plumbing installed & maintained and handwash sinks accessible.
The weak part of this listing is the experience, not the sanitation — those are different failures. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

A lot of cursing on the line, GD. I am a Christian and don't like hearing God's name taken in vain. Also, the guy who was expediting food yelled my name when I was only a few feet from him. This way at 230pm. He has a mustache and glasses short in stature. I'm getting really sick of going in these fast food establishments and getting less than par service. I know they don't make a lot ofoney but that's not my problem

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Taco Bell today. Not only was my food poorly made and unsatisfactory, but the customer service was honestly worse. The person taking my order was rude, dismissive, and made me feel unwelcome from the moment arrived. I understand everyone has bad days, but customers should still be treated with basic respect. Between the attitude and the quality of the food, this was a very frustrating experience and not what I expect when spending my money. I hope management addresses both the customer service and food quality issues so this doesn’t continue happening to others.

Good prices, good fast food, great sauces!

The Guy at the Attending the Drive thru Window gives excellent Customer service.

Started out they tried handing me a bag soaked with something telling me as they hand me the bag watch the bottom. Turns out I think it was my cantina bowl. Got home and the bowl was all mixed up not separated like it usually is. They had already poured the sauce on it. Tasted like crap. Never going there again. Very disatisfied customer.

This location is an absolute joke. Literally sitting in the drive through at 11:30PM for over 30 minutes without even placing an order...this is beyond ridiculous and its clear management doesn't care at all. They need to have a complete overhaul and figure it out because this is absolutely insane...

Taco Bell is obsolete. About the only thing I think they have going is availability during late hours. Moe's/Chipotle consistly provide better quality/taste for the price. Moe's actually had bogo on burrito day. Taco Bell rewards are dismal. Food poisoning a few years ago on lettuce from the Palm Bay location. Hard tacos are soooo pricey, not even worth buying. 10 taco combo box has been a joke price for over 5 years. If you want your food covered in nacho cheese, maybe Taco Bell is still for you though. Box combo meals can provide some value. Mobile app works fine, can customize properly. Employees were polite, no issues. Humongous pothole at back entrance will destroy your car.

More a taco bell as a whole problem. You need to separate the soft and hard tacos into separate menu spots again instead of asking "do you want hard or soft tacos" for the 3 taco meals. You guys get it wrong 3 times for every time you get it right.
