I'm addicted to their new Girl Scout cookie Frosty…

They never returned my debit card while paying drive through. I had to block, cancel the card. And request a new one. Now I have to change the debit card number in all my auto payments. Bummer!

Family size chili bucket is amazing! If it's cold, I go here on the way home. Hubby loves it.

So this was new I had AI take my order and it still got it wrong. I understand you're trying to save on labor but it's never going to replace a human being sorry. Someone still had to get on the intercom because you're stupid AI doesn't know how to swap out a drink I asked for two honest juices and it kept trying to give me orange juice after the fifth time of me repeating myself finally somebody got on and finished my order correctly as it should be. Get rid of this stupid crap. Other than that everything else was great except for that.

Higher scale wendys compared to most.

Drive-thru line was as expected. I'm old school and the new automated system threw me for a loop. It wasn't hard but I do prefer speaking with a person.
