I always enjoy eating at Chipotle. My go-to order is a bowl with brown rice, chicken, spicy salsa, and cheese. Of course, I can’t forget the queso and chips—they’re a must-have every time! The food is fresh, flavorful, and makes for a quick and satisfying meal. My only complaint is that I wish they were a little more generous with the portions. On my last visit, the bowl was only about half full, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, it’s still a place I enjoy coming back to.

Came at the time for a mobile order and was disappointed, never was greeted, was straight up ignored for 15 minutes, when I tried to talk to someone they just stared at me, then people came in behind me and they got there orders before I did, will NEVER come to this location ever again go else were for your time and money. Order was “supposed to be ready at 8:50 got it at 9:10

Always so rude at this location no matter who’s working. Chipotle needs to train their staff on customer service. I stoped eating it here 2 years ago for this exact reason. I went in today for their bogo deal, and I understand the workers are frustrated with the volume but it should never be taken out on the paying customers. Terrible experience..

Probably the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Customer service was bad, the counters were the food is being prepared was disgusting, tables were dirty, trash everywhere. It's just a disaster! They definitely need new Management and friendly employees.

Real meats, real food! They maybe not the cleanest when I go but food is definitely tasty.

Don't support a restaurant who blatantly disrespects their customers. This used to be one of the better Chipotle locations but recently they have started gaming the system by printing out all online orders when they receive them and causing customers to wait an extra 30-45 minutes for their online orders. The staff will have gigantic rolls of order tickets just sitting on the counter. By doing this they are not letting customers know in the app that they are running behind and forcing people to waste their time. Edit: I contacted Chipotle twice and was ignored. I sent a follow up and suspiciously received a response in an hour ignoring everything I said and haven't heard back. Don't support a restaurant who blatantly disrespects their customers.

The whole place was disgusting. I have seen cleaner food trucks in NYC. All the food also looked like it was sitting out for hours.

I did 2 pick up orders at this location. The first time, I waited for a really really long time. It turned out they had finished my order, but literally helped everyone else that was there first. They then asked what my order was. They had the order done, just on a shelf on their side and not on the mobile order pick up area. The second time I went in for a mobile pick up, they sent the confirmation that it would be ready by 6:20. As soon as I walked in, someone else warned me they were waiting for 20 mins now. I waited 20 mins, and the order wasn’t ready. We ended up having to cancel the order, and the crowd was pretty big when I left. Terrible mobile service.

Chipotle was closed due to construction however orders could still be placed. Despite being frustrating and the first girl not being helpful at all.. Reed!!!!! was very kind and apologized for the situation. He has good customer service and shows the qualities of a great employee. Took care of our problem

This one is usually alright just got home the quesadilla was not melted the burrito tortilla was not steamed and the tacos were in a box to build your own. Pretty disappointing Taco Bell would have been better.

Every time here Is a bad experience and they're always understaffed. On our last trip, there were seven empty tables covered in rice and beans. No utensils or napkins in the dining area. I had to ask for something to wipe tables off with, and was handed a fat stack of napkinsons so I could clean the table myself.

The person who claims to be the manager of this Chipotle location—named "Ali"—is extremely rude. She has absolutely no customer service skills; her sour expression says it all. A truly terrible person.

The only reason I gave extra stars than deserved is because of Noah. The line was to the door and he was the clearly tired but he pushed through to ensure every customer was served. All the other employees kept disappearing.

When I arrived to this place all of the tables were dirty and no employees were making an attempt to clean them. The servers were taking so long to make the order there was an inmense line. At the moment of serving my food, one of the employees was scraping the bowl where the pico de gallo was, and proceeded to serve the remainings into my taco. Also, at 8pm there was no stock of hard tacos, which is not aceptable in an American-mexican place, especially if they close late. Makes me wonder, how would they fulfill the rest of the orders in person and online if they don't have one of the most famous ingredients?

The food here is so inconsistent. The servers are non communicative zombies. The place is unkept! The concrete floor is not inviting!

The food is not fresh I’ve been to this location a total of 4 times of the four times they had a line out the door with one person making orders. The service here is atrocious. Everything about this location is awful and I will never go back to this location. It is in Wintergarden in the Winter Garden villages absolutely awful avoid this place. Get anything else for lunch except for this unless you wanna spend your entire lunch hour standing in line while one worker makes your food and everybody else watches. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Waited my whole lunch break for my meal. You’re going to go waited as long as she possibly could before helping the kid making 50 bowls. Poor kid up front is serving every customer for minimum wage it’s sad. Treat your people better. Customers and employees.
