HARRELL'S HOT DOGS

Whenever you want to go get yourself a hot dog on a nice summer day hoping it will fill your stomach and pull the heat off your face with a nice Mexican coke. 9 times out of 10 something will be missing, bacon will be chewy, cheese will be fake, or the dog has a lovely boiled chemical flavor. Walking into to Harrells you are immediately greeted with the nice smell of gas grills fired up, authentic dogs cooking, and a welcoming staff making you feel like you are going to your friends barbecue on the weekend. My personal favorite? The Mac monster dog. When ordering this, my body is telling me that this will be another greasy, flavorless, salt bomb. But the name “Mac Monster Dog” couldn’t peak my interest more, so I order it anyways. Sitting while watching the staff assemble this, I notice the crisp bacon, fresh Mac n cheese, Garlic Aioli, slathered on top of a beautiful beef hot dog stuffed in between a brioche bun. Considering past relationships with other shops quite frankly ruining my taste for these things, I still kept my expectations low. But the first bite took all that away, you are greeted with the tang of the aioli, hit with the perfect amount of saltiness from the cheese and CRISP bacon. The brioche buns chewy nature combined with the crunch of bacon would make your knees buckle. All of this to say that this shop was one of the best experiences I have had in regards to a beef hot dog. And I will be back.

Fantastic experience amazing food

We showed up around 8:30 pm and the lady at the front was very friendly but the lady that came from the kitchen started arguing with the employee up front and started closing everything up. The lady that was helping us was trying to tell her that they don’t close until 9 pm but she wouldn’t listen and started shutting the place down. She was very rude and unprofessional. We went outside to eat at the table so we could get out of their way as we felt uncomfortable staying inside. I felt bad for the employee up front! What an awkward experience. Highly recommend new help!

Great hot dogs. Some really tasty outside the box menu options. Fries are also good. The new dirty sodas are delicious.

Big shoutout to Dontavius for being so incredibly warm, hospitable, and helping us find the best hotdogs we’ve ever had. We got the New York Hot Dog and the North Carolina Hot Dog 🤤🤤🤤 based off Dontavius’ recs. They were soooo good! Another shoutout to Josh for sharing with us about how the hotdogs are made and why they are the best hotdogs in Orlando! I love leaving a place feeling full and like my money was well spent. Harrell’s delivers!! Thank you for such a great experience!

We live in Winter Garden but first time visiting today. Everything was great and will definitely visit again to build my own dog next time. I had the stadium dog and my husband tried the Chicago dog. It was a little messy to eat but was great. The truffle fries were delicious as well. Staff was welcoming and friendly.

Not only was the food disgusting but I’m sure I’ll be sick soon. The Mac n cheese was old dry noodles the lady tried to mix a cheese sauce into. The chicken nuggets were black so I gave them back. Later the server came back and said I was right and he cut one open and it was raw inside. Said the oil was to be changed out but the guy never came and when he looked the oil was nasty looking. So glad I had already eaten a bunch of fries cooked in that oil. What a way to ruin my whole day.

The food was overly salty..... It made it inedible. For the price it should have been better. Staff was nice at least

I think I may be addicted to this place, and I'm not even a hot dog person. The food is beyond delicious, elevating something as simple as a hot dog and fries to something beyond it's parts. The cheese sauce, the "dirty sodas" that taste incredible, and a staff that seems to actually get joy from what they are serving....if I was rich I'd invest and spread this around the country, it's that good.

Arbany has amazing customer service, the food was delicious she was so kind and was so much help, the atmosphere is great it’s a nice spot to grab some food and to walk around. The food was made fast and fresh as well as kept communication with us. 10/10 will definitely will be back soon, thank you again to Arbany for being so helpful on my 1st visit

What an adorable place on plant street!! 100% recommended, we loved the atmosphere! The very kind woman up front, Arbany, was so so friendly and extremely hard working! Thanks to her, we’ll absolutely be coming back for more! The food was serviced fast, was hot and fresh, and served with a SOU, which is fantastic for customers to see. Arbany kept up wonderful conversations with us whilst making the food, which we thought was very thoughtful. She was informative on the food and what Harnells serves, very helpful for us as first time customers! 5/5’s across the board.

This spot is so inviting. The hotdogs are so good and their truffles fries are my favorite! They have multiple options to pick from which makes it even more delicious. The workers are so awesome and they hold intentional conversations. I realized they had regulars which makes a statement

Cute little hideaway on Plant Street. Lots of options for hot dogs as well as put your own ingredients together. The hot dogs were delicious; buns were soft and slightly sweet and toasted with butter. The flavors all tied in well and the sandwich was gooey with melted cheese. The fries werent bad. The truffle fries had an interesting flavor but it definitely is not for everyone. Customer service was good and the host was heplful. We will be back for the hot dogs whenever we're in the mood again.

I love the Downtown Winter Garden area. With all the little cozy shops and restaurants, it's a great place to explore. I was craving a delicious hotdog so I googled and thid place showed up first. I got there and the staff was very nice and helpful. I ordered a hotdog with ketchup, mustard, relish, and onions and chili cheese fries. I sat outside and they brought it out to me once it was done. Everything looked pretty good except for the size of the hotdog. I thought they would be a little plumper for the price. I also felt like the toppings were a bit too heavy for my taste. It made me feel like I should have stood there and watched so I could control how much or little was added. The chili cheese fries I couldn't finish. They were way too salty. First it's seasoned fries 🧂, chili more🧂🧂, cheese and cheese sauce🧂🧂🧂. Definitely a salt bomb. I'd suggest asking the customer if they like seasoning on the fries or not. But this is just my option. It's a cute place but taste wise, it just didn't satisfy what I was craving.
