Service has gotten so much better!!!

Waited in line at the drive thru window for about twenty minutes with not even a "we will be right with you". Finally gave up and drove around. Where I saw employees in both windows laughing and joking with other employees. There were no other cars ahead of me but plenty behind me with the same disappointment. If I could give a zero/five I would. No worries, we went to Wendy's where we were in and out within five minutes.

So bad

Went to get the World Cup meals and Happy Meals since they launched yesterday but when they gave me my food it was just food in bags no cups so I had to ask for them . The person that seemed to be in charge of shift then gave the nice lady at the window to give to me when I look they are already opened like if it was done to see which cup it was before giving which they aren’t supposed to be opened already . And the happy meals were still other toys instead of World Cup squishmallows .

Es realmente hasta falta de respeto por alguien que paga comida y te sirven una hamburguesa totalmente tratada con rabia. Si no te gusta tu trabajo, te maltratan o lo que sea, no es mi problema. Pero recibir comida que esta toda aplastada, mal preparada y apretujada como si con eso fuesen a compensar algo es increíble.

Kicking people out of the store at 11:15 even tho store is 24 hrs, saying only order on drive thru to customers faces when the kiosks are active right there, making delivery stand in a different spot for no good reason, just WHACK

Getting the attention of employees at the front register is difficult because no one is behind the counter. We don't like using the kiosks. The saving grace of this location is the ability to get our own refills.

Quick service tonight, friendly team members, and fries not overly salted. All a girl could ask for!

McDonalds late night workers routinely stop taking orders, close store, or complain to make fresh food. Long wait times and poor customer service.

5 stars! Always great service here. Miss Rachel is an amazing manager and this has nothing to do with her personally!!!! I got fries curbside and employee Ethan was so kind, as to sample my fries on the way to my curbside spot, to make sure they were hot and fresh - I'm sure.... and they were! Thank god he only took one fry or I would've had to leave just 3 stars..... I hope that fry holds him over. I am not eating these now. No more restaurants for me til my OCD calms down... Sincerely, a previous Ocoee McDonalds Manager.

I had the snack wraps with fries and a drink Although they aren't as good as they were back in the day I would still get them again. My mom had the fish and she said it was good. She asked for extra sauce and didn't get it. But the food was good.

Friendly staff, great tasty food, fast service, and good prices! My go to place for a quick bite to eat.

Can't rate food because I didn't receive any. Actually closes at 4am on the dot, even if you ordered ahead and arrive on said dot. They claimed their system is down because they're switching over to breakfast. After a few back and forths, the screens magically emptied. I don't know about you, but most folks ordering McDonald's at 4am aren't exactly at a high point in their life, and I was no exception. I found the grace to worry about the much more serious situation (ER vet) and let it go. Only to find out that they'd still accepted the order so I can't even request a refund, after being told to do exactly that! What a massive middle finger.

McDonalds is never a number one choice but today I decided to stop and grab me and my son something to eat before a long car ride. Ethan at the front counter was beyond rude the entire time we were in the building. Directly and indirectly; 1. He rolled his eyes because I was unable to pay at the kiosk due to system issues. 2. He decided it was okay to argue with me for trying to pay exact change when I switch to a cash payment to the point we had to have a mini math lesson about simple math, 3. After asking for my receipt he walks away from the counter. 4. Other customers asked him a question he walks away from another person no response or acknowledgment. 5. After all of this I decide to get my order to go instead and was ignored once again but he made a point to yell across the establishment " you have a great day lady " after walking away. After speaking with management on the floor she was so sweet and apologized for the experience that it was only his second day but I truly believe in clocking out if you can't be civil and do your job especially with customer service. Please send Mr. Ethan back to training if you plan on keeping customers!
