It wasn't the servers fault / bartender the bar was busy and he did not just have enough time and that is on the restaurant but it was one hell of a drive to and from cuz I live in lake Mary and I will not be making that kind of drive again

Best deep dish pizza

I called today to place a delivery order and was informed there weren’t any drivers until 4pm, Which is fine. I understand short staff. However I was informed I could place an order on the website and normally a DoorDash order will pick it up. So I did, just to receive a phone call from the same Lady telling me that’s not how it works and I’d have to come pick it up. Why even tell me to place it on the website if that’s the case?? Now I have to wait 2-3 days to a refund. I ordered Giodanios instead, no problems food was delicious delivered in 40 minutes. Highly recommend checking them out!

Love the food there is really good

There's no one there and it looks like a basement, but if you want that, combined with amazing food, it's a yes. And the manager is hot as hell.

Server was great food was good but this place is due for renovation… it always smells like dirty mop and has a filthy vibe about it, like nothing has changed in this place since it opened 15years ago. And stay out of the men’s bathroom… straight out of a horror film

The food is wonderful. We had an exceptional waitress. Food was hot and came fast. Definitely recommended.

Moe was a pleasure to meet. Very gracious and sweet. She checked on us multiple times and even let my son take home so dough to make his first pizza! Thank you!

Burger was BEYOND MID. Extremely disappointed. $15 for some garbage😡. I guess don’t order burgers at pizza joints 😪.

Joe and the staff are THE BEST 👌🏽 10 OUT OF 10. Joe has the best personality and will make sure you leaves HAPPY

Excellent service detailed below. I like the rustic ambiance with the Chicago-themed 90s style comparable to TGI-Fridays (or Bennigan’s from back in the day). We’ve been noticing some slow and needed upgrades - new awning, new silverware. Knowing this place is getting support from corporate is a big plus. I wouldn’t change much, but they should strip down the finishing on the woodwork and redo it…Brighten the place up. The theming is great. Maybe a few modern updates while preserving the identity of the brand. If people look in and see that the restaurant is being revamped, I could spark interest from new customers. Do more advertising in the area!

Decent service and food. Food came out quicker than usual. Overall good visit at this location.

I love coming to this Uno!!! Have been a few times and service and food is always excellent, most recently Alex was our server and she was fantastic. We love coming here!!🤍

Maureen, Brianna and Nyla are always great and take care of us. We go to a gay men’s group that meets there on Thursdays. We generally have between 10 and 35 guys that join. The staff do a great job of taking care of us, keeping our drinks filled and making sure that our food comes out correctly. All this well also taken care of the regular patrons dining room. They’re great. Food is always good and if there does happen to be a snafu, they are quick to make it right. Love the place, love the staff! They do a great job.
