Had fun with my boyfriend, his friend, and his friends girl — friend. Felt good getting out. Had great food and great atmosphere.

Spare yourself and go somewhere else. We called and were told that there is no wait time and it is open bowl. After driving an hour, we were told that it's an hour and half wait. Like seriously!! We called before coming and now you are telling us this.

I am the principal of a local private school. We recently had our end-of-year staff celebration here and the staff was very professional and attentive. We had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back!

Bowling is okay, sometimes gets busy - they don’t allow sealed water in but charge for cups of water on a per customer basis. Something to note

Nice bowling alley, family friendly. They support Special Olympics in FL.

New menu is a great addition! Also if you want this type of yummy food in This area and your are sad that other places like jimmy hulas and the fry shoppe close to early. They cook till 11pm because they understand their clientele. Bonus points for not using Sysco as a food purveyor.

We scheduled a business event at Aloma bowl that was a competition between 3 different businesses. The event consisted of 3 games per business with the winner being determined by total pinfall. This was the 5th year of this business event with the last 4 years being held at boardwalk bowl. Mind you, both bowling alleys are owned by the same parent company. At Aloma Bowl, we asked for the lanes to be oiled for the event, to which we were denied. During the event the pin Steer knocked down a single pin. When asked to reset the single pin, we were told the bowling alley does not reset pins for open bowl. When I explained the situation, I was again told they would not reset the pin for open bowlers. The manager offered to erase the score and have the bowler bowl again, however if the bowler threw anything other than a 9 pin throw, the score would not be correct. The manager then told me that another league was fixing to start, therefore they could not reset the pin. This is not a valid excuse because the pin could have been reset via computer at the front desk. The manager then lied and said she had been asked at least three times to reset pins. This was the absolute first time we requested for a pin to be reset. The management of Aloma Bowl refused to work with us, keeping in mind this is the 5th consecutive year we have held this event at an Aloma bowling center. Been this place a couple time and there is always a problem there is either freezing or bowing stuck or the host don’t do they job they always say all good but there is always a problems I guess this place is too old for bowling no worth the price I when to play today and no worth wha I pay for 2 games really disappointed no want to come back because this place is bad and they don’t want solve the problem

There was a very loud high pitched sound during our time there that made it a little hard to enjoy, but the manager handled the situation professionally. They made everything right and really cared about our experience.

Clean with a polite staff. They do have socks for sale if you happen to forget yours, but they don't have children's bowling shoes smaller than size 9. They let my little one bowl in his crocks. Also, they have bumpers that can be programmed to go up only for a particular bowler's turn.

Bar Staff was ignored us and was only friendly when they knew we were getting to pay our tab.

Our experience was extremely disappointing due to poor customer service and lack of management support. Our party was moved from our original lanes to accommodate league players, which we understood at the time. However, the leagues did not arrive until we were already leaving, and the lanes we were moved to were never prepped or oiled for league play—making the move unnecessary and a significant inconvenience from the start. The replacement lanes also had ongoing technical issues, including pins malfunctioning and balls getting stuck nearly every roll, so we spent more time waiting than actually bowling. Despite bringing these issues to staff attention multiple times, there was little effort to resolve them. The manager was aware of our concerns early on but did not step in or offer any meaningful assistance. Additionally, while we were dealing with these problems, other customers were reassigned to lanes we had originally occupied, which added to the frustration. Overall, the lack of responsiveness, poor communication, and unnecessary disruption made for a very disappointing experience.

My grandson and I bowled there and we had an absolute BLAST..... nice employees and I enjoyed the atmosphere...✌️😎✌️ Keep up the great work guys and gals 🫶

Never has open lanes. Always caters to leagues. Won’t recommend
