I usually love this place but I ordered the avocado bagel to go today for my girlfriend and when I got home and opened it, it looked absolutely nothing like the photos. I don’t know why they thought it was acceptable to give it to us like this Edit: Lol an AI response from the restaurant is crazy...

Today there were no bagels to choose from. Normally the 🥯 are good and have that New York texture. I stated 2x that we should not come at 620am, even though they open at 6am. Staff did not acknowledge that statement. It was barely warm and had no flavor. Disappointed.

I keep trying orders off uber eats but they always get the order wrong in some way. Ordered BOGO egg and cheese. Added sausage and not toasted (so I can do it at my convenience). Both came toasted without sausage.

I always make it a must to come here whenever I come to Orlando. I'm a native New Yorker from Brooklyn and the bagels here are as authentic and delicious as they come. Nothing like a having a cup of coffee with a freshly baked bagel with cream cheese!

I've been a regular customer for quite a while and have always loved this shop, but what really impressed me recently was the customer service. I reached out with a concern and was simply hoping to provide some feedback. Enrique personally called me back, took the time to listen, explained what was going on, and went above and beyond to make things right. It was clear that he genuinely cares about both his customers and the quality of the experience they have. In a world where it's easy for businesses to ignore feedback, it was refreshing to be heard and treated with such kindness and professionalism. That level of customer service is rare these days and is exactly why I'll continue supporting this business. Great service but the bagels are definitely sub par, lacking flavor although the texture is decent. I was overall disappointed considering the name.

Every trip to Orlando, I stop here because I love BWB - it's hard to find those chewy but crunchy NY bagels. I stick to just a bagel with cream cheese and take it to go. I can't speak to service while dining in, or any of the other food, but I'm always happy with a bagel

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese with pepper jack cheese took like 15 minutes not bad but when I got to my car it was cold cheese throw on not even melted lol coffee was good tho wouldn’t recommend

My name is Geneva I spell this out to the server petite young lady with short blond hair cut with glasses. Receipt says Owen B, I literally spell out the correct spelling to my name & this person chose to completely spell my name incorrect. The way this was discovered was when the other server comes out yelling Janika and not Geneva. I’m like what he goes it spelled crazy I’m sorry, I said I don’t understand why? When I literally spelt out my name correctly to her?Seriously she stood right there watching and didn’t say a word. I wonder how many times this has happened. Pay better attention next time.

Your bagel slicer needs to be tossed, bagel was sliced 25/75 and I didn't ask for the bagels to be sliced. Feels like the quality of the bagels is taking a downward turn.

Normally have no issues at this location. Like getting their bagel sandwiches. However, today I tried to order on UberEate and was brought a DoorDash order. Fault on multiple people. I called and was told it was a third-party issue when the staff should've been able to identify what orders leave the store.

I’ve been coming to Brooklyn Bagels regularly for a couple years now. I know the staff, I’m friendly, I tip, and I genuinely like the place — which is why this is frustrating to write. The issue isn’t one bad order, it’s consistency. Yesterday my bagel wasn’t cut, barely toasted, and had cold butter. I brought it back (first time I’ve ever had to do that), and they fixed it. Today I get this — over-buttered, uneven, still not properly toasted, and honestly just sloppy. This isn’t a complicated product. It’s a bagel. Cut it, toast it, butter it, serve it hot. That should be the easiest thing to get right every time. When you’re a regular customer, you’re not expecting perfection — just consistency. Right now, that’s missing. I’m not writing this to bash the place, but because I know they can do better than what’s been coming out lately.

Please update DoorDash and Uber Eats to allow consumers to add multiple of 1 bagel flavor when purchasing the bulk option. Currently if you choose a bulk option of 6-12 bagels you have to choose 6-12 different flavors and doesn’t allow to choose 2+ of the same flavor if wanted. The way it’s set up limits people to either purchase a flavor they don’t want or not be able to purchase the bulk option which in store I would be able to get 6-12 of all the same flavor if I wanted.

The food is amazing and everyone is so friendly. The BEST bagels and coffee around and the prices are very reasonable. Love their sandwiches and baked goods as well.

Ordered a Pastrami Egg sandwich and it was essentially pastrami flavored. Please charge more if you need to but add more pastrami!

The slowest service on the planet!

I really wanted to give this place a better review, but unfortunately the experience fell short. My initial order was made incorrectly, and after speaking with the manager on 3/23 (who was very kind and apologetic), I was assured it would be remade properly. However, after another 30-minute trip, the sandwich was still incorrect because they did not even make it on the bagel I requested. At that point, it didn’t feel worth another trip. I appreciate the effort, but accuracy—especially the second time—should have been a priority!!

Food for the last 3 orders were wrong. Ordered a Brooklyn and only received a plain bagel with bacon and cheese. No egg or sausage. I used to come here more often but these issues make it hard to return.

Unfortunately my husband and d I had a bad experience since the moment we walked in. A young lady was sweeping the floor mat while customers were walking rolled up the mat went into the kitchen and put the mat down. Thank she grabbed someone's order called up the name and handed the food without washing her hands. She went to the register and took a customers order, than she went back to sweeping and came back with another mat did the same thing, called up our order and handed to my husband, again without washing her hands. I'm sorry that is so not SANATARY. Our fist time there and what a turn off! 🤷‍♀️

First time at your establishment, walked on a young lady was sweeping the rug towards dinning room tables while guest were eating. She rolled up the rug went into the kitchen placed the rug down. Then she picked up an order gave to costumer. Went back into dinning room to continue sweeping another rug, rolled it them went back to kitchen place 2nd rug down. After she grabbed out order. All this time she did not wash her hands. Reported to manager. You associates need training in food and sanitation safety. Please train them..

Horrible service

Some of the best bagels in town, must be the water, great service and decent amount of choices for breakfast dinning. Worth the trip to try something newer and refreshing

bagels good as for the coffee it could be a lot better flavor not to par and temperature was warm not hot.
