There is a gap here worth naming: reviewers who talk about cleanliness are harder on this place than the inspector was. Tidiness is the sore point: those reviews average 2.5. Service follows at 30% of reviews, where ratings average 2.8.
Behind those, how much food arrives is raised in 25% of reviews (2.2 average). The single most common rating left here is 1 star (10 of 20). Of the 20 rated reviews, 6 sit at four stars or better and 12 at two or below.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (97/100) with 3 basic violations. The visit behind that grade was November 24, 2025. The trend across inspections is decline. Ranked against Orange County, it is safer than 72% of the restaurants we score. For specifics, the last inspection cited handwashing and wiping cloths.
The weak part of this listing is the experience, not the sanitation — those are different failures. The underlying reviews are reproduced in full underneath.

Food was cold, no ice in the ice machine and when I ask for some they were bothered . I usually don’t do reviews but chipotle needs to look into this location “DIRTY” was a understatement
-
rice was very undercooked in my burrito, tasted crunchy and inedible. Very inconsistent in food
-
Trash 🗑 over flowing , did not eat after see the bathroom and trash

STINGY WITH PORTIONS!

4 customers were taken ahead of me because ingredients weren’t prepared ok fine but then the customer service was terrible I guess it’s ok to talk about your customers when you think they don’t speak spanish. Rice was hard…I will never come back here again.

This is clearly a very poorly managed chipotle. The workers mess things up constantly, they don’t look like they have any idea what they’re doing, and they also don’t listen— I had to repeat myself multiple times just for them to mess things up still. Its also a mess, there is food all over the station. The lady who scooped my pico just took a big scoop and slapped it onto my bowl just for half of it to fall off all over the counter. Please hire better workers. This establishment is a mess and the customer service is awful. Edit: I’m currently eating my bowl and it’s the second time I’ve eaten from this location and the food somehow always tastes burnt. Pls clean the grills 💔

Walked in at 11:15 AM on 6/14/26. This was my first time eating at Chipotle in over 11 years after avoiding it since the 2015 E. coli outbreak. 😬🦠 I finally decided to give it another try after all this time. 🤞 The menu has definitely changed and seems much more focused on bowls now. 🥗🥙 My friend and I each ordered a custom bowl. I have to be honest—the food was delicious. 😋🔥 I'd give the food 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The portions were generous too; I ended up taking the rest home because I couldn't finish it. 📦🏠 The overall experience was just okay. 😐 The first associate at the rice and meat station looked like he didn't want to be there. 😕 He wasn't smiling, didn't say much, and gave the impression that I should already know what I wanted. 🤷♂️ Keep in mind, it's been 11 years since I've been here. ⏳ The second associate was a little better. 🙂 He smiled a bit and offered plenty of toppings for my bowl, which I appreciated. 🥑🧀🌽 The cashier was probably the best of the three employees I interacted with. 😊 She thanked us with a smile and was friendly throughout checkout. 👍👏 The reason I'm giving 3 stars overall has more to do with the atmosphere and attention to detail. ⭐⭐⭐ While eating, I was seated near the corner looking out toward the patio area with the umbrellas. 🌴☂️ I noticed a significant amount of trash scattered on the ground outside. 🚮😖 It wasn't just a few pieces—it was enough to be distracting and honestly pretty gross to look at while eating. 🤢👎 What bothered me most was…

Their AC has been out over a week, so their propping their door open with a chair (smh) the napkin station was disgusting, there were no napkins and it was food all over that area. I ordered three steak tacos and although they were tasty the steak was really tough. The person grilling does NOT have good knife skills. You have to cut steak against the grain. Felt like I was eating a damn tire.

My girlfriend and I walked in to get two bowls, she orders her bowl and says we are getting two bowls. She did not say two bowls of the same nor was it implied because I was still standing at the beginning of the line. When the worker preceded to put beans on my bowl I politely said I wasn’t getting any beans on my bowl. She then said. “Oh she said two bowls” I said yes two bowls but we aren’t getting the same thing. She then proceeded to angrily scoop my rice lazily and threw a tiny bit of steak in my bowl and then tossed it across the counter to the next workers. The workers apologized for her and seemed embarrassed. I hope chipotle makes this right.

I wrote a review months ago about how dirty and unkempt this store is...today I decided to stop in to see if the management had done anything to improve this store since there are MANY reviews saying the same thing....NOPE still a mess in there...I guess these people do not care...but I assure you sooner or later this will catch up and do not ask me to contact you through other channels. I will never come back.

Really salty
-
Generous. Clean. Older lady was funny and kind. 5 star unlike most chipotles
-
Lunch time and they had one perdon making orders. Extremely small parking lot. I left the long line after waiting 15 minutes while they served three costumers.
-
People behind counter should to be more interactive/engaged with customer. Should spend less time phone checking phone and personal talking/joking around with each other.
-
We were super excited to go but they were closed even though they were supposed to be open till 11
-
