Wow very good and Jason the waiter was awesome fabulous, the cook that especially made red pasta sauce for my 3 year old granddaughter thay had just woke up grumpy per her request did a great job. Delicious. We were glad to meet them. Mark or water guy was cool too. Beautiful place.

This was our first time. We had a gift card for so many years now but never had the chance. My brother came into town & wanted to treat us to a fancy restaurant with great food. We decided on Flemings for several reasons but having a $100 gift card definitely helped. We always thought you had to really dress up but business casual is just fine. With prices as high as they are, the expectations were extremely high. We started off with drinks 🍸 2 Mohitos, 2 rum & coke, & 2 gin & tonic. Also crab cakes, Caesar salad, & Ahi tuna appetizers. Everything was outstanding. My brother had the ribeye which is dry aged & my boyfriend & I both had a filet. I added mushrooms to mine which I shared. Plus we all shared Flemings Au gratin & asparagus. In summary the food was INCREDIBLE, atmosphere very nice, service was awesome Our servers were Christina & Jessica. it worth the price, 🤔 $441.98 after $100 gift card.

I took my daughter to Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar for her 28th birthday since neither of us had been before and she had heard good things. We drove from Palm Bay to Orlando to try it out. She ordered the pork chop, which had a very interesting flavor profile. I asked our server, Diana (who was absolutely wonderful—truly one of the highlights of the night, and we loved her heart-shaped glasses), if it had an Asian fusion seasoning because something about it tasted familiar to me as I’m half Vietnamese. She wasn’t sure at first but checked with the chef, who actually came out to our table to explain it. He said the pork chop was brined with cinnamon and ginger, which made total sense for the flavor I was picking up. It was really thoughtful of him to come speak with us, and he mentioned others had asked the same question and that it might be better clarified on the menu as a spiced brine. We appreciated the explanation. While it wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t what we expected, so it’s not something either of us would order again. The apples and glaze it came with were delicious, though. I ordered the ribeye medium, but it came out medium rare. I was okay with it since I can eat it that way, even though it’s not my preference. Diana immediately offered to have it cooked more, but I decided to leave it as is. My asparagus was good, but the chipotle mac and cheese was very bland and needed more seasoning. The service was not bad but nothing to write home about. Would not recommend the shrimp tempura. The spicy chicken tuna wonton were good.spicy Margarita was decent. At least they used jalapeños. The a large carte wine selection was good. Had Honig sauvignon blanc. Didn't care for the espresso martini. Too sweet. Regular dirty martini was fine tho. Brownie was too sweet and the chocolate didnt come thru very well. Parking was all valet which I'm not a fan of.

Okay, I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Fleming’s in Winter Park tonight, and it is all thanks to Carson! From the moment he introduced himself, he was so kind, so attentive, and so genuinely warm that he made our whole night. He walked us through everything with such care, including a champagne goat cheese spread and a seasonal red onion Cabernet butter with fresh cracked pepper that was honestly to die for. He never missed a beat, made us feel completely at home, and went above and beyond at every turn. People like Carson are the reason hospitality still feels special. We also have to give the biggest, most heartfelt shout-out to Grace, who recently moved on after years of taking such incredible care of our family. She was such a special part of why we love this place, and it speaks volumes about the culture here that Carson carries that same heart and kindness forward. Thank you, Carson, for being so amazing. Fleming’s is lucky to have you, and we will absolutely be back. Five stars all the way!

Cristian is the GOAT waiter at flemings. Brook was also super helpful and friendly! Great food, expertly crafted steaks. Amazingly decadent desserts. High quality crafted cocktails. Zero disappointment.

I only regret I'm limited to 5 stars.

Flemings is the kind of place you go wth someone you care about and to see them have a fantastic time. From start to finish this is place. Servings are good and prices are in line with what I would expect for this class of place. That is to say too high but not outback prices either. Always well worth it.

Very friendly staff and excellent food.

We went for graduation lunch - they set up the table accordingly. Had a picture of us taken and came 10 min later in a frame to sit on the table. Great service and food.

We have "almost" determined this is, in our opinion, Orlando's Best Steakhouse! We have been to most of Orlando's Steakhouses, and it Supercedes all we have been to...(we need to revisit our previous favorite as we have not been there since our frequent visits to Fleming's) Fleming's Steak are an excellent cut, cooked to perfection and served hot! The salad and sides are delicious, especially their corn😋 Our server, Jason, was excellent with information, suggestions and very attentive to detail. Manager and staff over & above friendly. I would highly recommend this location!

Top notch decor and service. High end atmosphere with decently priced prix fix meals. The service to the plate were impeccable and worth every penny. Great food at reasonable price makes you feel like you are getting more than you're paying for.

I want to give five stars as the food was good. But the menu was trying too hard. More aclimented for hipster type. Not the type of place to just be able to enjoy a good steak.

From the moment we walked in, everyone went above and beyond to make our night feel special. The service was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. What really stood out was Randy, the General Manager. He personally made sure every detail was taken care of and showed exactly why Fleming’s stands out from other restaurants. It’s rare to see a manager so involved and dedicated to creating a truly exceptional guest experience. Randy’s leadership and hospitality set the tone for the entire evening and made us feel genuinely valued, not just like another table walking through the door. Dixon was also an outstanding server — knowledgeable, personable, and attentive throughout the night. The teamwork, atmosphere, and overall level of care from the entire staff were top tier. The food was incredible, but what really separates this Fleming’s location is the people. You can tell this team takes pride in delivering a memorable experience from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone looking for outstanding service and a special night out. 5 stars all the way.
