I was looking forward to dining here again, but unfortunately the experience started off on the wrong foot. When we arrived, we stood waiting to be seated for several minutes while multiple staff members walked by without acknowledging us or letting us know someone would be with us shortly. We eventually had to ask if we could be seated. The host, Mei, responded in a very rude manner and told us to wait in the corner because none of the tables were available. There were several empty tables inside, yet we were told the only available seating was outside. Since it was extremely hot, sitting outdoors was not a reasonable option for us. Once we were seated, our waitress, Sierra, was very attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service. She made us feel much better about the experience and was definitely the highlight of our visit. Unfortunately, the restaurant seems to lack organization at the host stand, and the hostess’s attitude left a lot to be desired. A warm greeting, better communication, and more efficient seating management would have made a significant difference. Good customer service starts the moment guests walk through the door. While Sierra’s service was excellent, the poor first impression created by the host, Mei overshadowed the overall experience

Great cakes and breakfast!

Love Love Love this place! The desserts are the best in town!

Does not taste as good as they look. Been multiple times hoping next time they will have flavor.

I was so excited to try their coffee and matcha but was so disappointed on how warm, flavorless and underwhelming the drinks were. Not only the drinks and donuts are super overpriced but they arent the best in my opinion ofcourse. The place is also not very welcoming, everyone was so serious and no smiles, no customer service etiquette. The best thing I got from this place was the pop tart, now that was delicious. Overall its not a place I would go out of my way to go to unfortunately.

I visited The Glass Knife for what was supposed to be a special mother-daughter date, and unfortunately, the service left us very disappointed. When we arrived, we were greeted by an employee and seated promptly. However, after being seated, no one came to acknowledge us for approximately 15–20 minutes. During that time, we noticed that other customers seated at the same long table, who arrived after we did, were greeted by their servers, had their orders taken, and received attention before anyone came to our table. In fact, our server was assisting other guests around us, and I didn’t even realize she was our server until she finally came over to speak with us.When our server finally approached us, there was no apology for the delay and no introduction. It made us feel overlooked and unimportant as customers. A simple acknowledgment such as, “I’ll be right with you,” would have gone a long way. We were there to decorate a cake together, which was a wonderful experience and the highlight of our visit. Afterward, my daughter ordered a plain croissant and I ordered a crème brûlée cortado. My coffee arrived quickly, but my daughter’s croissant took an unusually long time to come out despite being a simple item. By that point, it felt like our table continued to be an afterthought. This visit was meant to be a special mother-daughter outing, and while the cake decorating activity was fantastic, the lack of attentive service overshadowed the experience. Unfortunately, I did not…

Sierra was phenomenal. This was my first visit and I will return because of her. Please come visit.

This dessert shop specializes in very decadent desserts and bakery bites. Everything is reasonably priced and the employees are all very kind.

We stopped in for lunch and although pricey, we enjoyed our food, as well as the friendliness of our server. However, when looking at the dessert counter, I selected a few desserts that were marked as $12. When checking out, they rang up as $14 and I mentioned this to the employee. She offered no apologies or to fix the price and just said, "No, it's $14." False prices on items and this type of response is not a good way to treat your paying customers. I would not return.

As someone visiting from out of town, I wasn't sure what to expect, but The Glass Knife exceeded my expectations. The bakery selection was amazing, with so many delicious looking options that it was hard to choose just one thing. What really stood out was the service. I had quite a few questions about the different pastries and desserts, and the staff was incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They never made me feel rushed and took the time to answer everything, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere was fantastic as well as warm, inviting, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy a treat. After getting recommendations and learning more about their offerings, I ended up leaving with a handful of items, and I'm glad I did because everything was excellent. If you're in the area, The Glass Knife is absolutely worth a visit. Great bakery, great atmosphere, and outstanding customer service.

I will definitely be back!! The food was so amazing and fresh, Kenzie was our server and she was the sweetest. I gave this place a 5 star but Kenzie makes it a 10.

Not a lot of private seats. Selection was minimal but appreciated the options. Drove 45 minutes from Kissimmee when we wanted a top dessert place. The dessert 🍨 was phenomenal 😋. All of us enjoyed the treats.
-
Our server was so sweet and attentive, talk about go with the flow cause our group can be a little much. The food was beautiful and delicious and tbh, not as expensive as I thought. 1000% recommend. (Table 5)

Sierra was absolutely amazing she went above and beyond. We had a very large group and she helped us a lot! She made two people’s birthday in our party.

I just had an amazing breakfast work meeting at the glass night and it was absolutely amazing. The BLT was to die for and our server. Olivia was so kind and Warm. I felt like she was delivering sunshine to the table every time she stopped by. 10 out of 10 recommend this location and our amazing server!
-
I had the Lavender Cinnamon Latte and the blueberry thyme donut and they were both great! Was able to work and the ambiance was very calm. Definitely will come back.
-
Undoubtedly the best dessert shop in Orlando.
-
I went there the first time randomly with a friend, I did not review the first time but it was worth going again. Took my family and we had a great time. They offer water with your dine in order, heat up the goodies and offer a wide variety of macaroon flavors. The desserts are quite sweet. However! I believe that their desserts pair well with their coffee which is bitter (like most coffee). The dynamic is sublime.

The food was nice and very fresh! The waitress who serviced me and my friend was kind, attentive and swift!
