MCDONALD'S #11958

Probably the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever had to deal with. it’s one thing after another with this place and i’m honestly tired of it. i wait 45 minutes for 2 regular meals and damn near all the food i ordered was made sloppy as can be or half un edible and burnt. you would hope after waiting that long the food would at least be fresh and made atleast somewhat decent. who ever made this food should probably be fired because it’s clear as day they can’t preform at a regular job as simple as mcdonald’s.

So this morning at McDonald's on driggs and university sat down ate little breakfast tables not wiped down any table I tried to sit down at was nasty , finish up my meal walk outside there's a McDonald's employee blowing the parking lot sees me come out the door waits 1 sec and blows big pile of stuff in my face says nothing I say give me a sec says nothing and resumes blowing come on people little respect so now I will never come back to this location I appreciate it very much

Disappointed with their breakfast. Muffin wasn't toasted on the sausage Mcmuffin with egg. No care to making it and that really affected the flavor.

I placed an order at the drive-thru for two burgers with only Mac sauce and onions, and I got sausages instead of burgers. I do not eat pork and had never taken a bite until tonight. If you dont have burgers, I would have appreciated being offered an alternative; however, I am surprised to receive sausage instead. It is important that your staff exercise greater caution when serving customers, as this situation is entirely unacceptable.

The service is ridiculous here, the drive thru like a 10 mins wait is a line time.. Horrible location

it’s actually impressive how every single time I’ve been to this McDonald’s which has been at least 20 times. They managed To take around 12 minutes to 15 minutes just to give you your food. it’s FAST food. I used to even work at a McDonald’s. It shouldn’t be taking as long as they’re taking.

Nice experience. Went thru the drive thru with a bogo coupon from last visit. The cashier was knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do with the coupon. The big macs were very delicious, too.

Today I had issues with this location and the app not working, deducted points for a free item and then cancel the free item. The app also wouldn't let me change my payment method even though my payment method was usable. Then the app kept canceling my mobile order for both curb delivery and counter pick up. This location seems to have an issue with accepting mobile orders. It's a shame when there is a reward points system and a location blocks a customer from using that. Mcdonald's needs to go back to offering better deals in their stores instead of mostly or only offering the deals on the app. Because Mcdonald's can not handle mobile orders and can pick and chose when they are not accepting them.

staff are rude and will mess up your order, seems like im an inconvenience anytime im there

In the last few months, they've raised their prices twice it's now $5 more to get a smaller burger of McDonald's quality than it is in the full service restaurant, literally in the same parking lot.

I was not satisfied with my experience today at all. I waited a full 20 minutes just to place an order, and during that time, no one even came to take it. Then it took another 30 minutes for my food to be prepared. In total, I had to wait 50 minutes just to receive my meal. Moreover, it wasn’t even busy enough to justify such a delay. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.

Very good experience at this McDonald’s. The service was fast, the staff friendly and the place was clean. The food came out hot and in good condition. I would definitely come back

I am a door dasher today is wed april 22 , I came to the store for a pick up and the green shirt manager said that I was gonna have to wait because her screens were not working and over heard a co worker tell her thanks god you turned them off because their gonna keep coming , and every time I come to this store at night is always a problem an attitude by the same lady like she hates door dashers I won’t be coming no more and this is proof she had the screens off and is not the first time , every time is a problem in this store to pick up orders hope the owners or boss or wev can go on cameras and see what’s going on this happened at 11 pm

Man in the drive through said the N word . I am shocked and in disbelief. I come here often, Ive never had an experience like this.

Bad service everyone talking and slow

Fries are always cold and burger is always messed up, but the people are at least nice

Just waited in Drive thru for over 30 Minutes !!!! Ridiculous!!!!

Staff is nice but orders are usually wrong. Double cheeseburgers with single patties.

I'm not extremely bothered by this due to working in overnight shift. However, it shouldn't happen. I walked in to order breakfast after ordering, it took almost thirty minutes to get my meal. On top of that, there were four others that were waiting almost the same time or more to get their food. One man came inside the store from drive thru to see why his food taking so long. The young female shift lead or manager simply said "I apologize for the wait, there is only one cook." As someone that used to work in food service, it is unacceptable. No sense of urgency in a fast food chain.
