Sad joke of a McDonald’s.

I know its McDonald's but..... I asked for a Lemonade and I got water

Good early morning the lady who took my order at 625am this morning had ZERO customer service,no good morning ,no thank you nothing/ I have been several times before this was the worst customer service. No excuses worked all night etc. The gentleman who gave me my food was pleasant. I know this store to be better than that.The 2 stars are because of the gentleman at the end.

One person working the front, fries were the only thing hot, tables filthy

Whatever you do don't go here. It took 35 minutes to get a cheeseburger meal. When I asked to speak to a manager all I got was a blank blank look. No apology. No "We'll get that right out for you". Nothing. Terrible customer service. Made me late for work. Not happy.

Poop!! Smells of raw sewage inside. Like the toilets have spilled over. It smells disgusting. I wouldn’t notice with drive thru but had to go inside. 1.30 pm 5/30/26. I tried calling the number on the window but it went to voicemail. Guess they don’t care if it stinks on the weekend. Crew were nice just feel bad they have to work in that environment. Will follow up Monday. This needs to be fixed. Gross!!

Waited so long for stale food. Smh

About 20 minutes to get 5 items .

Do not come to the drive through at night, you’re gonna wait an hour

If I could give this stor and there employees less than one star, it would be too much for them. Hearing yelling and screaming in the back. Looks like manager is disrespecting some employees and the employees have a very bad and very sad attitude in the front. Sunday morning May 10th 2026 around 10 a.m.. just got disgusted by a short lady working a front with the mask on. Masking on her lips only not even covering the nose so it's just waste of a mask doesn't I don't even know why she's wearing a mask.

5 8 2026 7pm. All tables are dirty. Ant on tables near main door. Bathrooms reak. Manager doesn't know how to load napkins right.

You could be waiting for 15 mins at the register and everyone will look at you but none will come up to you.

How can you have someone taking orders at the drive through who has no clue what she’s doing? Then we all just sit in a long line to get our food forever. How hard is it to tell the first car to pull off while you take forever to get them their order. Worst McDonalds anywhere.

We had a wonderful experience with taneke at the drive through. She had a bright smile of her face and very friendly thank you taneke.

Got my food done fast.

Ordered a quarter pounder meal and got home to a bag of fry’s only

Stopped in to dine in yesterday 3/20/26 at about 14:30. The dining area was trashed; there were no table placards and all the attention as usual was placed on the drive thru. I walked out; you don't deserve my hard-earned money. The customers that were in the dining room looked homeless and matched the unkept look of the dining room. Never again! 4/1/26 Management responses to my review with the message below and a contact link that doesn't work! LOL!!

Terrible service. The store is dirty, and there are long delays in delivering orders. I wouldn't recommend anyone eat there.

don't ever eat at this restaurant worst mcdonalds ever in the state of Florida had me waiting 3 hours just to tell me the store was closed didn't try to help me with the refund or anything its we now my roommate don't got food to eat cause the food I bought for him going to my stomach since they wanna play I broke my phone and all cause of this McDonald's and Uber eats I highly recommend never purchasing any food from this location at all
