Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
An average is a poor summary when the underlying reviews look like this. Front-of-house cuts both ways here, averaging 3.7 among the reviews that raise it. Wait times follows at 22% of reviews, where ratings average 3.3.
The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (10 of 18). Of the 18 rated reviews, 13 sit at four stars or better and 5 at two or below.
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (100/100), nothing cited at the most recent DBPR visit. The visit behind that grade was January 27, 2026. That puts it ahead of 100% of graded kitchens in Orange County. Nothing was written up at that inspection at all.
This is a listing where the two measures each tell half the story. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

EHM & Liz were very friendly and professional today. Just stopped in to grab a quick bite nothing too serious and it was good! We will return⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I owe this restaurant an apology. Uber asked me for a review immediately after my first bite, which happened to be the one bite that wasn’t cooked exactly how I wanted it. Unfortunately, they caught me at the intersection of hungry, dramatic, and unsupervised. Then I took another bite. And another. And suddenly I realized the steak was absolutely delicious and I had just slandered a perfectly innocent business. So please disregard the review written by my stomach. It was acting without authorization. I am now full, ashamed, and happy.

I love Ale house. Great Atmosphere.

I guess tonight was just not a good night for them I ordered the boom boom shrimp appetizer why I initially started off eating with a straw because they had not brought utensils but brought food my husband ordered lobster ravioli I can only assume that it was prepared first because it was hard to me around the edges but the filling was cold the chicken wing was too light in color and let’s not leave out I order a Tito’s strawberry lemonade that seem to have no Tito’s so my husband ordered me another with a shot on the side it still wasn’t about nothing very weak and that’s coming from someone that drinks maybe twice a year finally the manager Morgan seems as if he’s not being paid enough because his nonchalant attitude just was giving you don’t have to be here you can leave his schedule might be flexible but him taking care of the customers don’t seem to be a priority

I had a mobile order. Went to pick it up and went home with it. My baked potato had hairs baked in the cheese. Disgusting, please use hair nets in the kitchen.

New to the area but not new to the Millers Brand. I can not talk enough about the service provided by EHM. He is just one reason I will be back. Restaurant/bar/patio very clean. Food was outstanding. Sabrina, one of the managers… chefs kiss. 15/10 experience!

Food was great, wings outstanding!!!

So who ever Evan is he shows very poor customer service and takes his time with getting the bill. Had to ask him multiple times. I waited so long I almost walked out. He decided I wasn’t that important cause a party of 4 came to the bar. So me and 2 other customers he didn’t attend until he felt like it. It’s sad I felt like you attended me so poorly I had to write a review.

Shoutout to Destiny for always taking care of our team after games. Great energy and excellent service every visit. She’s the real MVP!

Destiny was honestly one of the sweetest waitresses I’ve had. She was super kind, patient, and made sure everything was good the whole time without being over the top. You can tell she actually cares about giving good service and making people feel comfortable. She had such a positive attitude and a really nice smile that made the experience even better. Food came out great, she stayed attentive, and overall just made the whole vibe enjoyable. Definitely appreciate her energy and would love to be served by her again.
