MONKEY JOES

My daughter just had her 1st birthday party in the green room and it was great! The host was amazing and very nice and its a great place to have kids run around and play!

We celebrated our son’s 6th birthday here and the service was out of this world. Jeriel was our helper and was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was having a blast and the pride was incredibly reasonable. :)

I went to a birthday party and the equipment seems not very good maintained. some have visible areas broken or ripped. The pizza was cut into extremely small slices. They say they give you a certain amount of slices but in reality they’re not, they’re way too small. Also there was only one person running the entire place for a pretty long time till someone else showed up

My daughter loves it here every single time we visit. The place is nice, fun, and super clean.

We bring our kids to Monkey Joe’s all the time, and Sam hands down makes it better every time. My boys always ask if she’s working whenever we come out there. Running a place this high energy cannot be easy. We can’t even imagine this place now with summer! Sam manages it flawlessly every single week. They are incredibly attentive here and they handle the chaos with total professionalism. Monkey Joes genuinely cares about the families who walk through their door. I stopped by this weekend during the middle of the birthday party rush, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of service. Even with the facility packed, the manager Sam, was completely hands-on. I actually saw her personally cleaning & attending to the guests, which I rarely see from management. She was incredibly attentive to our family and maintained a great attitude despite how busy it was. Excellent customer service from her and the employees, it was a wonderful first experience!

Me and my daughter breanna went in and the worker valeria was extremely helpful and very kind. My daughter is overweight and me and my husband are trying everything to keep her active when the worker Valeria noticed our daughter wasn’t having the best time she helped cheer up our daughter and get her engaged. We love monkey joes!

We celebrated my daughter birthday at Monkey Joe’s in winter park and it was a HIT! The staff made setup super easy, the play areas kept all the kids busy for hours, and cleanup was stress-free for us parents. My daughter had the best day ever. Highly recommend for kids

Kids had a great time here for a few hours enjoying the inflatables/play areas. Employees were nice and food was reasonable.

My kid loves it because it's out of the Sun and rain, seven bounce houses, a climbing structure with foam pit, seven bounce houses, two birthday party rooms, almost 20 arcade games, clean bathrooms, consession stand, small toddler zone, And a prize counter.

I came here as a kid and now I bring my son here. We even had his 4th birthday party here. Last few times I’ve come within the year manager seems very rude and non enthusiastic. For a children’s place the least you can do is smile and greet your clients with respect. AC unit in certain areas leak from above.

Lots of fun. The only thing i dislike is the lightning. It wasn’t as bright as most other places and my 3 year old was kinda scared playing in the play yard area.
