OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE

The food quality has definitely decreased over the last few years. This place used to be one of our favorites. We'd be there at least twice a week. Now we go once a month to once every other month. The quality has truly paled vs years past. Salads past their freshest point, shrimp overcooked, French onion soups coming out pretty much not broiled on top, not calmelized at all, fish being served raw inside. There never seem to be enough servers on duty anymore. Just really disappointed by the changes. Most recent visit... Ordered a Cesar salad with shrimp, waited for an extensive time (while the restaurant was not that busy) and when the salad came out, the shrimp were WAY undercooked, they were still somewhat translucent! I sent it back, after eating a bite of the first shrimp my stomach had turned and I didn't want to eat anything at that point. The manager came over, told me he took it off the bill (as he should, I had ONE BITE and returned the under cooked shrimp) he then proceeded to tell me that is how this new shipment of shrimp looks. I find that very hard to believe. This place has gone from bad to worse, and its extremely disheartening as it used to be one of our favorite local spots.

Terrible lunch experience! Waited so long for almost everything because of two big parties and not enough staff. On top of that my "Big Bowl Salad" was a joke! Old lettuce n even pieces of the core. So disappointing!

Outback is amazing. I have always loved the food! The Aussie Deal is great for lunch or dinner. Thank you Jess and Outback staff for great hospitality!

The service was terrible waiter never came back so I could tell him that it had no flavor offered us bread and never brang it to the table it just wasn’t a good experience

During my lunch with my grandmother, server Natalie was genuinely the kindest person I’ve ever had treat me. She was incredibly tender and attentive when necessary. She is the gold standard!

Peter was the worst waiter. He was inattentive and food was warm. He spent most of his time chatting with manager. No wonder the place was empty on a Saturday night.

Very great service with really nice people! my sister had a back injury and needed accommodations and they were all very helpful and so sweet about it. Murphy, the manager, was extremely helpful and shared his experiences with understanding ours…. even gave us a free appetizer! Wendy, the gentleman who’s the host, was extremely nice and welcoming! Our waiter, Macl, was also just so nice, funny, understanding, polite, and fulfilled all requests very quickly! My sister was nervous to go out to eat, but she ended up feeling so comfortable, welcomed, accommodated, and over all my entire family really enjoyed the experience! Food was great too!

I personally would not recommend ordering from this location… Spent over $120 on this delivery and honestly feel ripped off. The food looked NOTHING like the menu photos. The ‘Hooley Dooley Grilled Shrimp’ came with tiny shrimp that were cold by the time they arrived, and the sides were incredibly disappointing. The loaded mashed potatoes had 0 toppings at all (they was so hard, i imagine it was just a smushed up baked potato….) and the mac and cheese wasn’t ‘steakhouse’ either. It was just plain, bland mac tossed in a container. For these prices, the quality and portions were unacceptable. The presentation looked sloppy, the food tasted low effort, and the entire meal felt overpriced and underwhelming. I expect way better from Outback, especially on a $100+ order. Really disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money.

The food was satisfying and served in generous portions. Some dishes were excellent while others were just average, but overall the flavors were good. The staff were welcoming and the place was clean and comfortable. A nice spot to visit with friends or family

The steak was perfectly cooked and incredibly tender! Juicy, flavorful, and seasoned just right. One of the best steak experiences I’ve had.

Extremely consistent! Only uneven was over Mother's Day where steaks were not cooked to expectations. However, it's very busy on Mom's day so I can excuse this. Otherwise, I love Outback!!!

The place has potential, but my experience was average. The quality was inconsistent, and I expected better considering the reviews.

Steak was medium rare on the inside, but extremely chewy and burnt from the outside. Bread was dry. Overall, not what I'm used to.

Just not what it used to be. The steak was over seasoned with pepper. The asparagus was non edible.. And the onion puddles were over cooked. You can tell they needed to change there oil or something. My son wanted chicken tenders but the guy told me they cook the fish n shrimp in the same oil. So my son was sad he couldn't have his tenders.

Enjoyed the food, and the service and place were fine too. Just an honest 4-star review.

We love the staff here. (Christa, Noah, Victor, Melissa, Alex, Tyler, Shawn, Jasa). Peter is AMAZING, he is very professional, personable and provided us with a great dining experience tonight! The bonein ribeye and lobster tail were AMAZING and always prepared consistently delucious!!! Thank you Peter and wll the staff!.

I ordered steak dinners to go and everything was fine EXCEPT the baked potatoes. Brown inside and obviously had been sitting too long. I thew them away and used my own container of mashed potatoes instead. I have eaten inside the restaurant before as well and the food has always been good and the service is always good.

Always fresh and convenient

I went to this Outback Steakhouse to enjoy drinks with friends and to enjoy our afternoon before going home after having an early leave from work, and we waited 30 minutes or so for our drinks and on top of it the bartender who never even told us her name was very rude. That was when we went to the bar because we only order drinks and we found out she was working by herself, so we wanted to make it easier by being closer but she decided to be rude with us by saying why we were going to the bar for.

Worst experience ever went in for drinks with my friends and the bartender was rude, sarcastic, and dismissive. We spoke to the manager but after the manager left she decided to be even more rude to us! Never again! She was a blonde lady who said she can’t fix her face because it like this but had the time to be nice to the next customer.
