Many years ago, before Uber Eats was a thing, I worked for a local delivery service which did deliveries for Pannullo’s. So I knew the place and had always wanted to try the food. On Wed, we were having a going away dinner party for a friend, so we ordered online for pickup. In the course of meal planning and ordering, I called multiple times and on all occasions the service staff handling the phone seemed only moderately competent and barely interested. We ordered 6 entrees, two salads, two Flatbreads and two bruschettas. The bill totaled just under $250. I called to ask if they’d have boxes for the food order for me to carry in the vehicle, and was told the food would be bagged and bring my own boxes. I also asked if I should be coming in the front or back, since back when I did deliveries, they always made us come in the back and through their kitchen to do pickups. I was told come to the front. My friend who was hosting got stuck late at work, so I ubered to pick up the food. I called to find out if they could do curbside and was told yes, just call when I am close, which I did. I arrived at the store and had to go in, only to be told pickups are done in the back. On NONE of my calls was I told this, even when I directly ASKED if I would need to go to the back. And I wasn’t offered directions on how to get to the back which is tricky because it’s a one-way alley off a one-way street. Great staff and atmosphere. Very beautiful decor. And the location is amazing. But the food has no flavor whatsoever. It's like they totally forgot how to cook.

I had their Magical Summer set menu. My choices were the Spicy Seafood Soup; which I thought was awesome! Shrimp Scampi for entree & the very best cannoli I've ever had in Orlando in 30 years.

Pannullo's Italian restaurant is located in Winter Park FL. The menu is extensive with specials daily. Pasta, chicken, fish , salads and sandwiches are only a few items on the menu. Wine, beer, cocktails are available. Indoor and outdoor seating. Street parking.

We love coming here! The food is always amazing and the customer service is superior. Patty attended us this time and made the evening memorable. Thank you guys for creating a wonderful atmosphere!

Pannullo's is hands down my favorite Italian restaurant. First, the have the best pricing for dining on Park Avenue. Their salads are always cold and crisp with the best dressings if you are trying to stay on the lighter side. Their pizzas, calzones, and pasta dishes are always consistently delicious. I dine there for lunch, dinner and even use them for my at home events. It is always a hit. Last, the hospitality goes a long way. Richard and Michael always remember me and my family and make the time to say hello and thank me for dining with them. I highly recommend!!!

Third time going here, great food and location. Fettuccine carbonara was delish, and the calamari was awesome.

Spencer was great he kept us attended on. I wanted to come somewhere different for my birthday lunch. It was great.

Ate outside, had wine and shared antipasto salad, shrimp scampi, and tiramisu. All dishes were fresh and tasty. Expensive meal but you're paying for the address. Overall good experience. Waitress could have been more pleasant/engaging considering she expects customers to support her "livlihood'.

I went to Panullo’s in Winter Park for lunch today. I sat on the patio next to a family with a dog. The waitress took my order and proceeded to bend over to pet and let the dog lick her fingers. I was disgusted. We can be animal lovers but you’re on the job dealing with food. She brought me my water and bread then allowed the dog to lick her fingers again while saying “are my fingers tasty?” I privately let her know what she was doing was inappropriate since she’s dealing with food. Her response was I always wash my hands after. “Always” as in this is not your first time and I assume Panullo’s is okay with this. I told her I’m not there to see if you indeed washed your hands. She nodded and walked away. I went from having a peaceful evening to being worried about receiving contaminated food with her fingers being on my plate. SMH!

Great food at a decent price with fast service. It is better than some expensive Italian restaurants in the area.
