SHAKE SHACK WINTER PARK ORLANDO

First time visiting Shake Shack on 6/28/26 around 12 PM with my friend, and overall we had a great experience! 🍔😄 I ordered a simple single-patty burger, while my friend went with one of the loaded burgers with all the toppings. 🍔🔥 Both were delicious. 🤤 I have to say the beef was probably some of the best I've had from a fast-casual burger place. 🥩👏 I also really appreciated that they offer the option to have your burger cooked well done, which is something most fast-food restaurants don't offer. ✅ We also ordered chicken nuggets, and they were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. 🍗✨ Looking back, I wish I had ordered a larger serving because they were that good. 😋 My friend really enjoyed his burger and said all the toppings worked well together. 🌮🧀🥓🍅🥬 We also tried the spicy fries, but they weren't anything special. 🍟🌶️ They seemed like regular fries with spicy seasoning sprinkled on top, so they didn't really stand out. 🤷‍♂️ He ordered the pistachio milkshake as well. 🥤💚 At around $10, it's definitely expensive 💸, but he said it was worth it because it tasted great. 😍 My biggest complaint was the bottled water—$3.50 is just too much for a bottle of water. 💧💲😅 The other downside was the parking. 🚗🅿️ Finding a spot was frustrating, and a lot of people seemed irritated while driving around looking for parking. 😵‍💫 Overall, the food was excellent and definitely worth trying. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We'll be back, but probably at a less busy time to avoid the parking headache. 👍🍔🚗

Okay let's not get this twisted, we ordered the Shake Stack and they were awesome! The 2 stars is for the peppermint shake, let's start by it was 10.00! Same price of the burger, and to make matters the skake had a very strong taste of Hershey syrup!!! Barely taste peppermint a waste of 10.00 we ended up throwing it away by no means worth the money or calories!!! Customer service and food was great!

Food is always great. Service is fantastic. The atmosphere is good for the most part but they keep it entirely too cold in the restaurant to the point that it’s unbearable to eat your food. I understand during the day in the Florida heat, totally fine. But in the evening, they should be a bit more considerate. It’s almost like they are forcing you to eat outside.

Terrible assistance, the manager doesn’t know about the promotion code! I tried buy under the app but have a problem when I request the order!! This is insane 😡

We were welcomed in by Chris, and he gave us an amazing experience. He was very nice from the start and helped us through ordering, and he made sure to make us leave with a positive experience. Thank you Chris! He deserves a raise

Overpriced & mid … go to Culver’s instead better quality and cheaper… the size of the “nugget” 😂 4.99 for a 6 piece by the way

Las hamburguesas son deliciosas, hay opción vegetariana. El lugar es muy lindo, tiene vista a un lago en la parte de la terraza.

It was Beautiful, The burger (lettuce wrapped) was so good one of the best burgers I've had that's not made at home.
