The girl with curly dark hair was so rude to me and my group . she felt like she was to good to serve us, i’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life, especially when you work for a bar that isn’t even busy on a friday night … you think you would be nicer to customers ….

They charge 4.00 for a bottled water. They will not let you get tap water. I asked 4 times to get tapwater. They told me that it cost four dollars per tapwater and I paid it. Worst decision of my life.

My friend brought me here during the afternoon for a few drinks before I returned to Jacksonville. The service was excellent and the bartendress was cool and very easy on my eyes. I'll definitely return during the evening when I'm in town.

Friends liked the food. You’d think for as many pool tables they have they’d have a single decent pool cue. Looks like they haven’t been replaced in 20 years. Bartenders were rude about ordering water / not getting alcohol to my wife. Plenty of our group is getting alcohol you don’t need to be mean about it. Shouldn’t need a justification for not getting a drink. Water should always be free. Good atmosphere besides the guy who kept staring at our friends. A worker handled the situation which was nice.

Great low-key dive bar and pool hall. Staff is super-friendly and always on point with great service.

Love everything about this bar. All the bartenders are great. Todd is an amazing guy and he makes great shots.

We had an absolute blast at Spatz! Our bartender Todd was excellent in everything he did. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with all our questions and demands. He was funny, sassy, and smart. This dude should have a drink named after him or something because he gave his blood, sweat, and tears for the job of be best bartender in town. 100/10 would recommend this spot especially with Todd behind the bar.

Todd is amazing in every way! He is fast, friendly, and fun!!! He is the reason I go to Spatz and every time I see his perfect beautiful face it lights up my day! Thank you Todd ❤️🙏🏼

We love Spatz for our Sunday after work chill spot! It’s a fun place to play pool, dance and let loose after a busy weekend at work. Todd, my favorite bartender is attentive to my mood and makes my drinks just as I like them!

Todd is my guy always takes care of me no matter what super nice very polite anything you could ask in a bartender/server. Only reason why I continue to go to spots is because of Todd's professionality

If you’re in the mood for a sports bar with fantastic drink choices and amazing bartenders like Todd! Todd is the absolute definition of hospitality when it comes to serving drinks, I only let him pour my drinks for me! While you’re there be sure to grab a Toddy Bomb!!!

Todd is amazing. So friendly, fast and great customer service!!! He provided great recommendations, haven’t drunk gin in a long time but someway somehow he got me to drink in a holiday drink with gin!

Great local place. Good bar food and great strong drinks. I think it’s absolutely crazy that they will not give you a cup of water if you’re eating and drinking there. I don’t drink out of plastic bottles and they would not give me a cup of water.
