They gave me stale fries and stale potatoes. Nothing was good.

Big man that was rude I think he was being races he got mad because they had to remake my food I will be reporting him to cooperate I have an video of him

I have ordered from here three times now and every single time they have messed up my order. They never add the red sauce to the bean burritos despite me mentioning it multiple times in the drive thru window. In my last order they gave a grand total of seven fries in the nacho fries box (I counted). They don't sub beans with black beans even though the order mentions it and the upcharge money is taken from my receipt. Fool me three times, definitely shame on me. I hate that this is the closest Taco Bell to my regular movie theater but I will just suck it up and drive farther to actually get food from a place where they can get my order right. Lesson learned.

If a customer made their order on the kiosk (because they don’t want to take my order at the register) DO THE FOOT AS WAS CHOOSE TO BE MADE!!! More when the order show “EXTRA ADD” because it has a charge for extra items!!! Manager who was asked for open the restroom to wash my hands before eat was so rude! And the lady who prepared my order more!!! Not one is obliged you to work there! So next time be more professional!!! For people like you is why KAREN EXISTS!!! Action-Reaction

El lugar se ve bastante limpio y organizado, aunque solamente entre ya que necesitaba utilizar el baño note que el sitio estaba muy bien organizado, en sabor y calidad de comida no puedo decir nada ya que no consumi nada dentro, comi en el chick fil ei de al lado.

Food is always fresh and the restaurant is very clean. It is cold when you go in there but otherwise no complaints it’s my favorite taco bell location. Customer service is always on point with the evening shift!

The staff at this Winter Park location is always warm and welcoming to their customers. Arteunna stands out because she is pleasant and kind, and has excellent customer service skills. I recommend this location for delicious food and amazing service!

Very poorly managed location. Need a key to use the bathrooms, charging for water, and the decor and seats are similar to eating in a prison. I was here several months ago and they were having a staff meeting and pizza party in the dining room while the store was open. The lady managing the restaurant was talking to her staff like a dictator and putting them down instead of building them up and being constructive. This will be the last time I ever visit this location. There are many reasons why you will never be as good as the Chick-fil-A across the street. Remember when you told your staff that. Taco bell should fire all of the management who oversee this location from the district office to the daily operations and they should revoke the franchise from the owner and re-establish this as a corporate store.
