Food was great and our server was very friendly.

Had a reservation made 2 months in advance for 25 people at 7:30pm. We arrived on time, NO provision made to accommodate our party until we arrived. 30 minutes afterwards, we were placed in the main dining room. Several seats were placed against the back of a booth making it nearly impossible to get out behind the table to use restroom. Manager was horrible. Asked to give birthday person a free meal as compensation for inconvenience. Although she initially agreed, she reneged and adamantly denied. Worst customer service ever!!!! I'm sure the restaurant made well over $1200 that night and couldn't spare a $35 dinner. NEVER AGAIN!!

A few days ago, I was excited to come back to this place because I really enjoyed it the last time I visited. Unfortunately, today’s experience was very disappointing. The waitress took our order, including an appetizer (empanadas). We received and finished our main meals, and then, about ten minutes later, the appetizer finally arrived. By that point, it was no longer needed. The service was poor throughout the entire visit. The waitress never came back to refill our water, check on us, or even bring the check. I eventually had to get up and find the manager myself so I could pay and leave. They removed the empanadas from the bill, which I appreciate, but that wasn’t really the issue. The problem was the overall lack of service. Sadly, this visit was a very disappointing experience compared to my previous one.

I truly enjoyed my experience , my waiter Carlos was attentive, respectful and took his time to make sure my family & I had the experience we had. I truly recommend Agave Azul in winter springs . You will not regret it ! The steak fajitas was my favorite plate ! You will see me again !

Carlos was amazing! He was so attentive and friendly while being ON 🔝 of it !! We will ask for him every time and you should too! Thank you Carlos :)

The food was amazing. Felipe was very attentive. We had 6 different meals and everyone loved their food. One of the kids at age 10 was ranting about how good it was and was the best he had ever had. And they explore Mexican food everywhere they travel.

Primera vez que visitamos este restaurante y nuestra experiencia fué increible, nos gustó mucho la comida, el ambiente y la atención de Valentina fue espectacular fuímos al de Winter Springs y ya quieremos ir al de Winter Park .

AMAZING

Amazing restaurant, very clean and organized. Felipe was awesome, He took really good care of us. We order margaritas and they were on happy hour at time we walked in at 5pm. Ordered a chimichanga and a cali bowl. Both were very good fresh . And it came out very fast. Drinks were very good. I really recommend this place.

Fernando was our server and he did a great job. Food was very good!!! I’ve never seen a more clean restaurant. Great job on management.

Our server Isaac was attentive and made solid recommendations. The atmosphere was as to be expected from a quality restaurant and very clean. The speed of the kitchen was top notch.

Very disappointing! This used to be one of our go to Mexican restaurants. It has gone downhill so much since we last visited. The food was over-cooked. The margaritas are tiny for the price. The service was very slow. We won’t be back.
