Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
An average is a poor summary when the underlying reviews look like this. When speed of service comes up here it is usually a criticism, and the ratings attached average 2.5. How guests are treated is the next most common subject, in 38% of reviews (averaging 3.9).
8 of 21 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 13 are two or lower. What nobody raises here is tidiness — it goes unmentioned across all 21 reviews. More reviewers landed on 1 star than any other score — 13 of 21.
The inspection lands in between as well: DBPR graded this kitchen a B (89/100), citing 1 high-priority and 1 intermediate violations. That result dates from May 12, 2026. On health score it sits safer than 43% of the Seminole County restaurants we grade. What the inspector actually wrote up: handwashing and handwash sinks accessible.
If plate size is what you care about, the reviews are the better guide here; if it is the kitchen, the grade is. The underlying reviews are reproduced in full underneath.

Impresionante que a estas alturas una franquicias reconocida trabaje y atienda cómo si estuviera en India... todo sucio, demorado sin buena atención NECECITAN UNA TRANSFORMACIÓN EN POSITIVO

I came to this Taco Bell that I usually come to & have had no issues before other than it being busy. I came here and preordered 15 minutes before I arrived. They asked me to park at the entrance. There was nobody in line behind me so I was a bit confused. We ended up waiting here 30 minutes and the food was not up to par. The cashier told me that “I’m about to make her mad” when I asked her for my order. I’m not sure why the customer service is suddenly slacking but i definitely don’t plan to come here again after this experience.

Go to a regular restaurant. The food is better and you're going to wait just as long.

Took over 1 hour waiting for a small meal in lobby, had to get a refund. Absolutely insane. This location is the worst I’ve seen and I drive truck around the country.

7:15PM Sunday June 21st. Waited over 20 minutes to have to cancel a doordash order. These people will waste your time. 👎👎👎

WORST TACO BELL EVER
-
I love spicy food & the drive through
-
Great prices and friendly staff!!!
-
They forgot my hot sauce in the drive thru, but overall good place for a quick bite.
-
Spent 35 minutes stuck at the drive-thru during lunch rush, they refused to refund my money/cancel my order, and when they finally gave my order it was missing half the items I’d paid for. It’s a wonder how this branch stays in business.
-
Don't order from here. Trust me. Don't Uber as well - not sure how this place is in business
-
Friendly staff, food can be a little slow if they are busy
-
Worst taco bell I've been to in my life. 30 minutes in the drive through every time you go. Update May 24 2026. After a while without going I order and when I get to the window the girl tells me they didn't get my order and I had to do the line again lol after I just ordered and did the line in drive through. This place is a damm joke and I dont know how or why its still open
-
The literal worst Taco Bell in all of Seminole County!!! Its very rare for your food to be made on time or even close to being on time. Gonna be waiting 20+ minutes, better off going to Apopka, Longwood, or Casselberry than ordering from here.
-
As always I ordered a couple of bean burritos. The line was not long and the service was great
-
I’ve sat waiting for a mobile order in the drive thru for 34 mins and still waiting. Staff chooses to group up at the drive thru window and chitchat rather than try to get cars thru. Definitely not coming back.
-
The kiosks are broken. I ordered 30 minutes ago and still waiting.
-
Mold on my food and they gave me no receipt

Food is always fresh, the people working are always friendly; however, the wait is very long
