Was in Orlando for a convention. Could not leave the area without visiting the Columbia, just love everything about it, the food, service, and atmosphere are top notch. Ordered their beautiful Cuban and world famous 1905 Salad. The salad is wonderfully fresh and a meal all by itself. Ordered two more salads to go, so I can share with family tonight for dinner. Thanks for a delicious lunch Columbia! Can't wait to visit again.

Calamari, empanadas and shrimp were all outstanding. Loved my patella. Travis was very knowledgeable with the menu and gave great service.

We always get great service at Columbia. The venue is upscale and elegant and the town of Celebration is cute and charming in a Disney kind of way.

Food and the service were impeccable. Christhian’s service is absolutely fantastic. Give the guy a raise!

Columbia Restaurant continues to be a bastion of great spanish food. We were a party of 5 very hungry people. We sampled beef, fish, and chicken dishes which were superb. Bar drinks were strong and fresh. Service was superb and entertaining! A bit on the pricey side. Very nicely adorned, bathrooms clean. Ample parking. Near Disney, and I-4 corridor. Great place to entertain and impress!

My wife took me there for a 4pm reservation she made for a Father's Day dinner. We got there and like florida a rain storm with strong winds came in. We get to restaurant 15 minutes before our reservation. as we wait to be seated the outdoor area customers are all coming inside the restaurant because of the strong winds and rain and they call us to sit and to our surprise they walk us outside and we said look its raining and strong winds you can't sit us ourside. so we walk back to hostess and the person infront of us has same issue the hostess tells the person they would have to wait 45 minutes, when he gets to us he said sorry your wife booked outside (which she booked the time with opentable and did not see it was for outside only) so you can go back outside or wait 4hrs! We looked at him and said are you serious? you told the customer in front of us 45 minutes and us 4 hrs? So we left as the the weather app said it would continue to rain for 2hrs. This being florida and at times this type of weather happens they should have certain protocals in place for when it happens for the safety of the customers. also to tell one customer 45 minutes and the one next to that person 4hrs is insane. We can't leave a review on the food as we never got to eat, the atmosphere and place did look nice.

Irina and team were amazing! Great location.
-
Great food, beautiful restaurant and the service was exceptional.
-
Overpriced plates for the taste and quality. Paella rice was not cooked and barely any protein, one clam was borderline spoiled. The palomilla tasted like they poured a whole condiment bottle of pepper as its only seasoning. This is not true Cuban taste and quality in food.

I love this place! The best combination of good food and great atmosphere.
-
Best Spanish food in Orlando. I had the Merluza . It was delicate flaky and so delicious. The Yuca was soft and just enough garlic not to overpower but add a flavorful bite. The onions and peppers were chopped way to large in the yellow rice but the lovely aroma of the rice was an added treat. The waiter was aloof but I enjoyed the meal. Ended with a treat of churros. Fun and a pleasant addition. Will be back

Loved this place! Definitely worth it!

Amazing food, such a great historical restaurant in Florida.

Me and the wife ate lunch, as it was recommended by a hospital staff member, and we were new to area. I look forward to eating and enjoying what the locals recommend. But, this time it fell short, really short. The food was just mediocre at that, the staff was not tentative at all. We waited 15 minutes to get drinks, and the mojito was not tasteful or fresh! I ordered a calamari for appetizer, because if you screw that up, I wont even bother looking at entrees. That also gives me time to size up the service. Promptness, attentive, presentation. They failed in all three areas as my appetizer took 15 minutes, which it probably was out of a bag, due to the consistency in quality and cuts. Unfortunatley, we left after spending short of $100, for a sandwich, appetizer, two drinks. I TRULY DONT UNDERSTAND HOW PEOPLE CAN RATE THIS RESTAURANT SO HIGH, IT SAID NOTHING ABOUT THE QUALITY OF FOOD OR SERVICE.

Great service and food

Rainy Monday, so not busy. Wait staff didn't come , so I had to find one. Split a plate with my girlfriend ( got the Milanesa, very good and huge plate) so asked for a second plate, which never came. I gave the place 4stars because of it's location in Celebration and the view from the covered outdoor seating. Great looking place with wonderful looking pottery. But , if you say the wait staff is the best right in the menu, they should be pretty damn good. Ours was not. Sangria could have been served in a bigger glass for $9
