My food is always hot when I receive it from this Chick-fil-A through the drive thru. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating.

No one ever complains about Chick fil A but this Chick fil A really needs to figure out their logistics. The parking lot and drive through are a nightmare. Parking spots blocked off permanently, a curbside area they dont service and if you actually can get a parking spot, you have to play frogger to try and walk in without getting ran over. We ordered Curbside through the mobile app, but they make you go through the drive thru which as soon as you're in that line Houdini couldnt escape it. Whats the point of ordering ahead when youre going to make me wait 25 minutes stuck in your drive thru. By the time I got my food it was cold and not what makes me crave chicken filet A.

Everything is great except when you have the employees take the orders with the SMALLEST little baby menu you can NOT read for the life of you.. only to then drive past the “real menu and order window” and realize you wanted something entirely different but already panicked ordered the “normal chicken sandwhich..”

Came here to because it says there is a play place but they got rid of it

They are not clear about if they fry in peanut oil, which I am allergic to.
