The staff tag teams the service flawlessly and they are awesome.

We’ve been coming here for many years. Last year we went from Key West all the way up to Main and couldn’t find a better lobster roll in here. If you want great seafood, great atmosphere. This is the best place to go. As you can see from our photos they are pet friendly. Do not pass an opportunity up to to eat here.

Clam chowder was so good with chunks of clams and potatoes, the lobster roll was really good and fresh. All seafood was fresh looking and would definitely be back. It was very clean and staff was helpful.

Jazzy’s Mainely Lobster was a nice experience overall. Me and my friends tried a few different things, and while everything didn’t hit, there were definitely some winners. One of my girlfriends had the mahi with rice and broccoli, and unfortunately it was very bland and needed more seasoning. I personally would not order that again. But baby, that Connecticut hot lobster roll was delicious! The bread was soft, fluffy, buttery, and just right, a match made in heaven. It was $33, so yes, it was expensive, but it tasted fresh and real, nothing artificial about it. I also enjoyed the sweet potato fries, especially with the honey mustard. The horseradish sauce was a little too overpowering for me and took away from the flavor of the fries. The fried belly clams were good, and the burger with onion rings was good too. Honestly, the fried foods were the best part, whoever is back there frying in that kitchen knows what they’re doing because they put their foot in it! Everything fried had great flavor and seasoning. The service could use some improvement. We kept having different servers come to our table, which made the experience feel a little all over the place and kind of off-putting. They kept asking over and over if we needed help, and while I appreciate attentiveness, it felt a little unorganized. The service just needs to be more consistent and coordinated. Even with that, we still tipped well because we did receive help, but there’s definitely room for improvement in that…

Went to Jazzy while on vacation. Came with a family of six. We loved the sea food and service was great. Had the fish tocas which were very good. My son had the tuna which was also really good. My younger son had the kids crab. Do not recommend crab for kids as the shells seems fun but hard for them to crack and get all the meat. Would definitely come back if in the area again.

excellent food, excellent service, decent atmosphere, when it's busy it can be difficult to park on site. outside tables for faster seating. inside seating may be low tables or high tables with stools. good beers on tap. pricing is disappointing with more items that are now marked as MP for market price, even theahi Ruben sandwich. the entrance is odd with two doors and for first timers, it's not clear where you should go. not a big deal, just a little odd at first. totally worth going for the food!

Service was fantastic. The lobster rolls were really good. The slaw is on the sweet side and the house salad was also very good. It is a nice casual bar setting.

While on vacation at Universal, we took a late afternoon trip to Cocoa beach for a quick beach trip. We stopped at Jazzy's for dinner, hoping for great, fresh seafood. They did not disappoint! They close at 10, and even though we arrived a little before 9, they were polite, courteous, and this was with every worker who served our table. The food did-not-disappoint; delicious!!! Thank you!

  • June 13, 2026

Love the Lobster here. Always fun to visit Cocoa Beach and have good, real New England food.

  • June 12, 2026

Well, Bi to mainly lobster twice each time, Ben disappointed. The shrimp is frozen so it's not fresh Supposely was supposed to get hadtock and instead I got talapia, that was pre. Breaded and frozen. My wife ordered clam bellies. Charge us $36 for the damn clam bellies, and they weren't even cooked. If I were you,it would be better off going to McDonald's.

The steamed lobster was the best I have every had in my life, the 1 lb is good to make you full. The staff was very helpful and friendly. And the atmosphere was very cool. Not very expensive.

  • June 11, 2026

The service was excellent and friendly, and the lobster roll was delicious. Great portion sizes. It was all fresh and tender, and I highly recommend it!

  • June 8, 2026

The food here has been great every time we have visited. I have learned to ask about the soup every visit. We have been eating our way around the menu with each visit. Definitely worth the stop if you are in the area. Update - still just as amazing. So good we keep forgetting to take pictures.

Passing through town I drove by and said to myself: "They have to have lobster rolls!" . I turned around and went back. Sure enough; they had lobster rolls. You could get it Maine style with mayonnaise or Connecticut style with drawn butter. And you can super size it. Yes, of course I did and tried the CT style. It was great! So delicious and lots of tender, succulent lobster meat. I got a choice of fries or chowder as a side. I tried the NE Style chowder and it was thick and had plenty of clams and just the right amount of potatoes. I washed it down with a Vanilla Porter and I must say that I'll be stopping in every time I'm up in the area. The service was friendly and quick. BTW: you can sit inside of out. I chose inside and sat at the super clean bar. There were four TV's and two had football games, one had sports videos, and one had animal & cat videos. I loved the cat videos! Overall it made for a great dining experience and you must try it!!! I highly recommend it! 2/23/21:. Passing through town again, my car made an immediate turn into Jazzy's. I'm sorry, but the CT style Lobster roll with NE England clam chowder was so good that I had to have it again. Tried a Nitro brew that was so good. Had to get some conch fritters for the ride back. Lisa was very attentive and gave great service. Amazingly, arriving at 2:30pm and the place was crowded (that speaks volumes) but easily got seated. BTW: dog friendly.....sit outside in the tiki area. Folks, you have to try this…

Ordered the Lobster bites, $33 and there were 3 or 4 bite size pieces and the rest were smaller than a pea. Waiter had a “ care less” attitude & certainly not welcoming & friendly. Fish tacos were $25. Total cost $200 with tip for my wife, son & I.
