Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
There is no middle ground in these 23 reviews. Reviewers who mention the staff rate this place 4.4 on average — it is working in the restaurant’s favour. After that, how long an order takes appears most often — 22% of the corpus, averaging 3.2.
21 of 23 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 2 are two or lower. More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 19 of 23. What nobody raises here is serving size — it goes unmentioned across all 23 reviews.
On the health side, the most recent DBPR inspection returned a B (81/100) with 1 high-priority, 1 intermediate, and 8 basic violations — middling, much like the reviews. That result dates from February 23, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. On health score it sits safer than 16% of the Osceola County restaurants we grade. What the inspector actually wrote up: food from approved source and cross-contamination.
With both signals pointing the same way, there is little to argue about on this listing. Full reviews follow below in the order they were left.

We had Wyatt as a waiter, he was pretty funny and entertaining. He definitely made the experience better overall. Please give him a raise !
-
The food was amazing but the service was even better! Wyatt was our waiter and not only was he extremely punctual but he literally put on a magic show for us. Very entertaining and comical. We’re a family visiting from NJ but would definitely recommend 10/10.

Yes, it's a chain restaurant, but sometimes you just want wings and beer. And for be, this is the place to do so. Staff is friendly and attentive, and the place is clean and lively

My husband and I came for dinner; we secured a table for six and waited 40 minutes for it. Later, the rest of the group was delayed by a storm, and the manager came over to tell us—in an unfriendly manner—that he couldn't hold the table indefinitely. It was very rude of him, considering we were all aware of the storm and our friends were on their way. I do not recommend this place—solely because of the manager's bad attitude; everything else was good!

Danny & Marian are amazing bartenders. Very quick, accomadating and always serve with a big smile.
-
Danny & Marian, amazing service. Always happy to see us. Great, no sugar Mojitos

We walked in around 11pm and did not have to wait for a table as there were no games on the night of visit. Our server was polite but would disappear for minutes and even hours on end without stopping by. The food is always good at Ale house and will continue to run through the voting pool with my family.

Meredith was awesome the food was excellent. I had the Mac n chs
-
We had Merideth as our bartender/waitress and she was AMAZING! Kept all drinks full and food came out as ordered and she even spent some time gabbing with us. We’ll be back again and hopefully she’s there.
-
My wife and I absolutely love the Champions Gate location of Millers Ale House! The bartender Meredith is amazing and she gave incredible service! The drinks were phenomenal too! Best place for a chill date night or to catch a big game. Sit at the bar with Meredith!

Our server Wyatt was amazing! Funny bits and a hilarious attitude, very clear he’s passionate about his job and made our experience on Father’s Day special!

I come here for the service. Mariam rocks. She’s moving faster than anyone else here. I don’t know how she does it but I would easily go across the street to another place if she wasn’t here. She also has given great choices for food to change up my pallet. Food and atmosphere is okay, service is solid. Marian is S-tier.

Do you need a therapist but can’t afford it and would rather afford beer and a good time? I recommend finding Marian. Marian is the best. Probably the best bartender I’ve ever had. At first I thought she didn’t like me, but she was just sizing up the problem that is, me. I look forward to the days she is on so I can go see her and have a beer or two. She gets to know you and wha you like. I don’t honestly think I’ve ordered food in the last several months. It just appears in front of me. That’s the kind of service that a regular loves.

Food doesn't seem as a priority since my last visit, selection mostly bar bits and apitizers
-
Justa great place to grab a burger!
-
Food was great, service was quite bad. We didnt get a hello from our server Sam for 10 minutes after sitting, not even a hello just walked past us over and over. More worried about the table next to us. I had to tell him i never received my potato at the very end because he never asked us how we were doing, he just kept zooming by us. I normally wouldn’t have a problem since I know how restaurants are and how it is when your busy, but we sat at the table right next to the back and seen and heard him goofing around with other coworkers not caring about our drinks and food.

Had a great experience at Millers! Bartender’s were very kind and welcoming, felt like I was family. Food was fast and hot, tasted amazing. The atmosphere was incredible. 10/10 definitely coming back!
