Probably one of the best Red Robin restaurants we've been to, food was very good and service was good as well.

I'm not sure if it's under new management but the service level at this location as slipped recently. It used to be one of the best so I'm not sure as to what happened. Today it took awhile for the server to come over once we were seated and after taking out orders she disappeared. Once she came back we asked if we could get some fries since it was taking awhile for our food to come out and even that took forever. Once the fries did come the order looked like it belonged in a kid's meal and the wife and I had a good laugh about that lol. I really hope they fix whatever the issue is and fast because this was one of our favorite spots but it looks like we're going to have to find somewhere else to frequent until they do

We always have a good burger at Red. Robin, I love how you can customize the burgers however you want. Whether you want no bread or you want a vegetarian Burger they got you.

Even though it's smaller than other Red Robins that I have been to it was nice because our food came out quicker than usual.

Other than my daughter's salad which was very bad slimey so bad that it turned the cheese. We returned it and got a fresh one dinner was very good.

This has to be the worst red robin experience I've ever encountered. The hostess was the only saving grace, she kept apologizing and felt terrible for how the experience was going. This was not her fault, please thank her for us and salvaged the night. The server never came to the table to say a word, not a hi, how's your meal. Nothing. The waitress was too busy helping the bigger tables she got and when it slowed down still never came by. I guess she knew our tip wasn't going to be as big, guess what? It was $0 because I knew the hostess wasn't going to get it and she deserves it. I felt bad I had no cash to give her because she deserved it. While the dining room was swamped the manager kept coming out to the dining room..not to help, but say hi to his kids and family that were eating at the restaurant. I have no problem with doing that,but when your team is drowning and you're too busy to help because you keep talking to your family that is when I get annoyed. Your poor staff deserves better than that. They certainly didn't have to wait for food or refills, the server I am sure knew they were family and took great care of them. Overall avoid this red robin, go to chilis next door.

First time at a red robin and honestly dont think il go back. The staff was great but when spending $40 on two burgers you really expect them to be butter then "ok" burgers

Food was good. Our server, although forgetful, was good. We loved her attitude and sense of humor! The host guy was having such a bad day and was so mellow dramatic that my wife and another patron (strangers) literally prayed over him while we all waited for tables...

I had a taste for a good burger and I picked the perfect spot. It was delicious.

Mouthwatering burgers, made with fresh ingredients and perfectly cooked. Highly recommended.
