I was there for a wedding so we ate a the gathering

Great food and ambience however we felt rushed half way through our meal. We had several members of staff interrupting us with inane questions like are you done with your meal when one of us was obviously not! Really poor service for an upscale dining experience.

Good service but wow is the food terrible. The calamari and bread were good but the steak was a waste of money. It was disgusting probably the worst steak I’ve ever had. The sides also suck.

We did the prix fixe meal (available prior to 6:00 pm), with lobster bisque, 2 3 ounce steak filets with onion straws, 2 cocktails and bananas foster (although they call it something else). Valet parking was comped.

Maybe I came on the wrong night, but unfortunately I was not pleased or impressed with my experience. The service itself was good, and I want to make it clear that my server did his best throughout the evening. However, my $80 steak arrived significantly undercooked and was very difficult to eat. The staff did attempt to correct the issue, which I appreciated, but by that point the overall dining experience had already been disrupted. My girlfriend and I were celebrating a special occasion—our first date, first dinner together, and first trip out of town as a couple. We were looking forward to sharing a memorable meal, but because my steak had to be sent back, we never really got to enjoy dinner together. Her steak was served at the same time as mine, so she had already started eating while I waited for my replacement. Since everything was à la carte, my sides became cold while I waited, and I had to request fresh sides as well. When the fresh sides arrived, my steak still had not returned, so I ended up eating the sides and sharing food from my girlfriend's plate. By the time my steak finally came back, she had already finished her meal. Her steak was also undercooked, but she chose to eat it anyway. I even had to request that my steak be cooked an entire temperature higher than originally ordered just to get it prepared correctly. My wife and I celebrated our 23rd wedding anniversary and we are so happy we decided to make reservations for Hyde Park. From the two seafood appetizers, Lump crab cocktail and Lobster escargot style to the perfectly cooked Steaks. Everything was amazing. When you spend that kind of money on a meal you expect the best and Hyde Park delivered.

We ate at the Daytona location last night and were expecting our usual pleasant dining experience. I have been in the meat industry for over 40 years and this place generally never disappoints. Well last night was disappointing without a doubt. There is a new policy that you have to ask for bread/pretzel sticks. When I asked for a 2nd time the server had an attitude about it. When our meals came the lobster originally came WITHOUT the butter. When asking for it, it finally came and it was cold and the warmers would not stay lit due to where we were sitting. When my meal came they completely left off the the topping of crab,asparagus and bernaise(yeesh). I found that the strip steak was choice at best...it used to be prime. It has become very obvious that they are cutiing back on the cost of their ingredients, the most obvious was that you have to ask for bread. The kicker is that everything on the menu has gone up in price, and I found the steak was of lower quality. The manager did comp us on dessert but between the poor service and the obvious reduction in costs I am not sure when or if we will go back. It's unfortunate since we have been eating here for close to a decade and it never disappointed. Maybe it was just a bad night for them ?

Went there for my birthday. It was not a mistake. They went out of there way to make it special. The service outstanding the view perfect. And the the food was fantastic. Please do not go to Daytona beach and not eat here. It's a perfect place to seat and relax and enjoy dinner.

Good Steak Houses are usually just great with other plates besides meats, this restaurant has exquisite cuisine with fresh and tasteful flavors. Highly recommended ! Theresa was amazing !

The service was professional and friendly and the food was very good. The only reason I would not give it 5 stars is because for the price I expect everything here to be good but the chicken picante was not. It had a sauce that seemed like it was just olive oil that had been emulsified - no taste, no creaminess, and just oily. The ceasar salad was good and had some of the best fresh coupons ever, their potatoes au gratin amazing too!

This is a great restaurant. The only complaint I have is the table for 2 is a little small. We had steak and lamb chops. THE LOBSTER BISQUE IS AMAZING! The manager Mark was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely go back.

Best Steak in Daytona!

Not black people friendly!!! me and my boyfriend went there last night for the first time we were sat at a booth next to another couple that happened to be white i noticed that the server that was in that section kept acknowledging them walking right past our table wasn’t really engaging unless my boyfriend had to wave for his attention he literally kept walking past looked right over us like we were nothing!! not to mention he had to walk past our booth to get to the couple next to us i’ve never felt more enraged i will never be back to this establishment and make sure everyone is aware of this 0/10

Food was excellent. But the service was above and beyond. We went for my wife's birthday, and they really went all out to make it special. The whole meal they had little surprises for her and it was all very well thought out and tasteful. I would recommend this place to anyone, they wont let you down.

It amazes me that people actually give 5 star reviews for this mediocre so called Steakhouse, the place is filthy and from the 80s. The food is overpriced for what you get. You walk out to the patio and there's homeless people hanging out begging for money. Save your money and go elsewhere, heck Texas Roadhouse is better than this place 😆.

Well I was not impressed. $400 with tip for two steaks. If that is wagyu steak then it is all hype you want a better 🥩 go to Mimi's. Half the price and way better. And don't worry about setting a reservation people have figured out this place is nothing but show 7:30 on a Friday night there was maybe 10 tables full. Oh and one more thing when someone spends $187 and tells you they want the steak rare it means knock the horns off of it and drag it across the grill.not slightly pink in the center, that's medium rare.

Amazing service nice ambiance just the host or manager in a suit very bad person …. When I go spend 1000 in lunch for my family I dont expect for the host or manager in a blue suit to tell me we only have the table for 2 hours when the place is half empty… not sure if the guy was in a bad mood but being me being doctor I truly hated the way I was greeted by older guy in a suit ….the rest of the staff and food were amazing!!! Wouldnt ever go back to be honest because I rather spend my money where I will be greeted better….
