TACO BELL #25

2 minutes from happy hour and girls doesn't say wait 2 minutes. Then I specifically ordered 10 hot sauces and got 4 and NO NAPKIN. HOW RUDE ALL THE WAY AROUND.

Went to this establishment June 29th about 4:30 p.m. I have never experienced at any Taco Bell the greatest service at the window given by destiny. Most courteous employee at I believe any fast food chain I have ever received she went above and beyond by going in the back to make sure I had a drink tray for my drinks offered a big bag to carry my boxes of food a big thank you from her after the exchange etc. And most importantly a big smile whether this person is in school or if this is her full-time job she deserves a raise or higher up opportunity

The service at the Ormond location is worth driving out of the way for! The staff are always so nice! The food is always fresh and made correctly. Highly recommend this location at 361 W Granada Blvd.

Bruh is it just the locations. If it’s in a city we don’t care about that part of our company. One order at a time no one inside. Thirty mins for food. I work in a restaurant and can turn food over faster than slapping shot in a taco shell or tortilla jesus

They take so long it’s not even fast food anymore these prices are crazy. They always sit the food down behind the counter where you can’t reach it and everyone refuses to help you just close this location honestly…

Worst taco bell i have ever been to...

I work right up the road from this Taco Bell so I visit it frequently, the last three weeks the Baja blast Freeze machine has apparently been broken, when I arrive at the window, there is clearly Baja blast in the freeze machine and even being served to the people in front of me! But whatever… that’s not the problem. I only ordered 1 item and it was a regular baja blast because the freeze machine was broke again…The worker filled my cup grabbed a lid to wipe the extra foam off the cup, proceeded to drop the lid directly onto the floor while soaking wet with soda…puts it onto my cup and hands me a dripping wet baja blast with a lid that has been thrown on the floor. I took the drink and didn’t say anything just drove off and threw it away when i got back to work. So thank you Taco Bell for the worst service i’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant and for taking my money and giving me nasty carelessly made food and drinks….I will not ever go back I promise!

My girlfriend was doing door dash and this was one of the stops. she had two orders from this place that she had to pick up. Only one order was available to pick up. When asked when the other order was going to be ready. The lady had a snarky attitude saying "no other door dash orders are ready and won't be ready anytime soon." Looking at my girlfriend up and down like she was sizing her up. This place is very unprofessional and I advise anyone to stay away from this taco bell location. It seemed very unsanitary every counter top was dirty and sticky and there were no lids for the cups and or straws. Everybody in the back was moving slow and seemed like they didn't want to be there and they had a line for the drive through literally out side of the parking lot. Corporate should step up and look into this location. nobody approached her to ask and let her know that they'll be with her shortly no acknowledgement she had to grab someone's attention when she walked in everybody went about their own business. Poor work ethic from all the employees there.

Rude and the place was filthy. Will not return to this location. Total disgust over the entire experience.

Worse place you can ever go too!!!! Shift manager is absolutely insane she believes everyone evolves around her which is not the case!!! SHIFT MANAGER LITERALLY KICKED ME OUT FOR JUST HANGIN OUT FOR A COUPLE of MINUTES!! Asked for sum and got totally disrespected!!! Everyone else is respectful they don’t deserve that JOB!!! She treats her employees like if the money is coming out her damn pocket!!! Shift manager yells, show rudeness, and doesn’t care to show you very disrespectful I HAVE TI CONTACT COOPERATE BECAUSE THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!

The older manager here is unprofessional and very rude. She needs to be fired.

Specifically shouting out Jessica T. who was our drive thru cashier. I own a business and as a small business owner - Jessia T went above and beyond (even on Easter) she was kind, had great aura and ensured our order was right (and labeled)!! Thanks Jessia - you rock!!

La persona manager encargada pegó duro a la puerta para exigirle a un empleado que saliera del baño , me parece poco profesional decir que para futuras compras en el restaurante no cambian billetes de $100 dólares . Me pregunto por otra forma de pago y intenta trasferirle mi dinero para pagar con el celular cuando finalmente lo hice me trajo cambio después que me dijo que no tenían . He venido un par de veces a este lugar ya que me queda de camino al trabajo y es el lugar más pésimo tratan mal al empleado y al cliente . Lo remodelaron pero de nada sirve si no cambian o rotan al personal . Más educación necesitan

Forgot to ask for sauce. This was the 1st time an employee didn't ask if I wanted sauce. So, I didnt get any sauce! I was very sad!

Had a very pleasant experience at this location. They made a tiny mistake and Jasmine was so amazing and kind to fix it! She has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at any food place! Most places don’t care about customers but she genuinely cared and made my whole family very thankful. Recommend this location it’s close to Daytona and Ormond beach area!

Usually I don't have "too many issues at this location. However today when I called for help with my online order, She Absolutely refused to help me! When I know for a fact that she could have helped. Too be clear. It was not a delivery order. It was in fact an in- person, Location pick-up, pre-paid for order online. Very disappointing.

The location is always wrong. Every time ive been here I have had to fight with them. The beville location is 10x better. Sadly when I put in for delivery this location is closer. Tonight I received someone else order and someone got mine. Completely different food I got 2 boxes, the other people got a taco and a crunch wrap my name was put on the wrong order and no one here thought it wss strange that that my large order could fit in a small bag. Other times they have only give me my fries and nothing else. Avoid this location if you can.

The manager was told by an employee that door dash was here and she was rude and snarky and said that's great I hope they have a great time I listened to this lady not want to make stuff right cause she ain't "got time for that" this is absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for not to mention unprofessional!!!!! Corporate really needs to take care of this situation. If this is how it is I will never eat nor accept an order here again. Im pregnant with twins and I stand here and deal with this lady and her attitude she needs to be professional.

This location messes up all the time and never takes accountability. I called to complain, finally, and the unit thing the person answered would say is "is not or fault the ticket print out is confusing. Yes it is. Whomever is bagging your items needs training. Desperately. And whomever is answering your phone needs to learn how to actually apologize instead of passing the buck.

If I could rate this 0 stars, I would; but unfortunately I can’t. This place got 2/3 orders wrong, ordered for my whole friend group. They wouldn’t admit they got it wrong, insisted they didn’t, and ultimately walked away like a man child. Unfortunately this place is convenient, for it being on nova is amazing, but I definitely would say the one on international is better and worth going to instead of this one.
