The automated speaker taking the order is terrible. When I got the window I told the lady I only wanted cheese and lettuce and tomato on the burger, she acknowledged with “I heard you” and then proceeded to hand me a burger fully loaded with every condiment,pickle, etc. and the medium sized meal was over $12. Take your business elsewhere these ladies suck.

If I could it will be 0 stars !!! First I went to the drive thru to pick up my mobile order mind you drive thru is empty and lady giving me an attitude to go to the other window which is dumb because is for the passenger side which I can’t even reach to grab my food. Than when I got my food two fries was missing and burgers were made all wrong missing items on the burgers ! I went back ask them can I get a refund and they say no do it on the app so I give them a second chance I ask them politely “ can you guys remake it please since it was made wrong and replace my fries since it was missing “ and they refuse to remake the order or replace the fries which is messed up when they screw up the whole order!!! So I have to call cooperate to explain my order was messed up, the way I was treated which cooperate process my refund. Worst experience ever of that location will never come back to that place ever again !!! Worst customer services from the employees!!!!

I literally only come to this checkers to receive the amazing customer service from Sarah. I wish she was there everytime I pulled up to the window. Never met someone so warm hearted. Very patient & such a welcoming soul!❤️

I got to this location 3 times a week and there is a lady on at night that is very rude and disrespectful to the customers. Last night I sat waiting an hour for my food after asked to pull around to I'm other window. They feed the rest of the drive thru before me. Soda was no good it was mostly CO2 fries were over cooked as well as the chicken I ordered. I spend $50 every time I come there. Not sure if this lady is night manager but she sure don't need to be there with how she treats her customers. I would like to speak more to the manager about this but no one answers the phone when I call it. It's a shame because it a place I enjoy but this person is making it hard to stay a customer. i will no longer be coming there the only person who made sure my order was correct was sarah and now she is gone. she was amazing.

Dasher they just ignore you and always understaff awful coming here for pick up

I’m a dasher and they don’t aknoledge that you are there worst fast food in the area

We use to love the checker burgers but they've changed their beef and it's yucky. No more Checkers for us.

They never fail to get my order wrong every time I get food from here.

the new manager Sarah is the reason I will probably why I will return again... The service in the food used to be no good.. put the quality of the checker burger I feel like it improved 200% not smushed alll fluffy ... I'm allergic to mustard and she double-checked that there was no mustard

Sarah was absolutely amazing! She had an uplifting attitude with a smile that would make you smile no matter what mood! She was working alone and still managed to get our food out in good time and fresh!

I made an online order of Friday 4/17/26. When I went to pick up the order no one was there. I waited 15 minutes in the pickup line 20 minutes no answer no nothing I called the number nothing. Could not see anyone in the store. I tried to report issues with my order it only sends you to the phone number of checkers where then sends you directly to a voicemail. My card has been charged for an order that I did not receive. There were other people waiting in the front looking around as I was and eventually I just drove off. No food.. my card charged. I tried to go back today Sunday to fix the issue or get my money back since no one answers the phone and they're unable to do so. I work hard for my money. I do not appreciate that. We live close to downtown we visit this checkers often. It was almost 7pm on a Friday night. No one in sight. No workers. I did not get my food and they charged my card.

Sarah had great customer service, kept everything professional, and provided prompt results! She is honestly one of the very, very few workers that make me feel welcomed and is extremely kind. I always look forward to talking to her again!!
