The split is 13 positive to 2 negative across 18 rated reviews, with 3 in the middle. The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (12 of 18). A third strand, speed of service, appears in 22% of them at 3.3 stars.

Friendly staff and the food is tasty and delicious.

So excited to eat from here and they served me some soggy fries and barely have color to tell it’s fully cooked. They knew when they packed up my order. Not what I wanted but she said that was my only option as a side. I came back to try again. She almost gave me the wrong order and had to remake it. The communication and quality of the food is terrible. I spoke to her in Spanish but never told me she doesn’t speak it. I said I don’t want this and she added a list of others to it. Eat inside and you get better service and more side options.

Went there with a group of 7 for a late lunch on a Friday. The place wasn’t busy. Only had 4-5 other tables filled in the whole place. 5 of us ordered cocktails shortly after arriving. Two drinks were served about 20 mins after we ordered them. The other three still hadn’t arrived when we were almost finished with our lunch about 45 mins later. Our waitress Millie blamed it on the bartender and said that frozen drinks take a while. I walked around to the bar to see that there was no attempt to make the drinks at all. I saw the blender was empty and two bartenders standing there. One drink that was not delivered was a dirty martini, which did not require a blender. I told them to cancel the remaining drink orders (3) because we were finished with our meal. They proceeded to make one mango colada and tried to charge us for it even though I had said not to make them. In our group of 7, we all had waitressing experience at some point in our lives. We are very conscious of the time it takes to make things and are usually pretty understanding when things are busy in a restaurant. We had to wait a long time to place our orders. I noticed Millie was much more attentive to the tables around us. We were very polite and patient until I recognized she just kept making excuses for the drinks not arriving then tried to charge us for a drink I already told her to cancel. My friends also requested a plate because they got an appetizer for two but Millie never came back with the plate. The…

Amazing food and service also one of my favorite places to grab a coffee

Typically, I love this place, but today’s experience was really disappointing. I called ahead to place an order and was told it would be ready in 15–20 minutes. I arrived around the 17-minute mark, paid, and then waited another 15 minutes outside. I even asked for a water just to remind the staff I was still waiting, but after another five minutes with no update, I finally went inside to check on my order. There were only two tables dining in, so I was confused as to why three identical entrées were taking so long. I even left a tip for the cashier, but it didn’t seem like anyone followed through to make sure I actually received my order. I ordered ahead because I was trying to save time while hosting my daughter’s birthday party today, so the delay was especially frustrating. After a 20-minute drive home, I just hope the food is still as fresh as it should be. I genuinely enjoy this restaurant, which is why this experience stood out. I hope it’s just an off day.

Fresh food. Fresh ingredients. Great atmosphere.

First time visit. The Churasco was perfect Asked for medium rare and they nailed . Will come back.

Just honest! Cuban sandwich not hot enough, too much mustard. Tostones hard, cold, and terrible. This being said. Attention is in the details. Roasted pork on the sandwich was nice and hot sauce was good. Tighten things up and the rating will improve. Good portions. Owner needs to pay closer attention! Any review under 4 stars is not acceptable for a restaurant.

The food and service was excellent!

Excellent Cuban food, delicious and abundant breakfast, fast attention, attentive and very nice staff.

Went there for lunch. The atmosphere was authentic. Unfortunately, was not impressed with the food. I got the Palomilla steak with rice and beans. Steak was good, rice was under cooked and the black beans fell short from authentic. Beans were room temp. When it came time to pay, the waitress walked up and announced the total of the check! I was a little shocked and then she stood there. Took out the credit card and paid. Didn't get a bill/check until after we paid. This place has the potential to be a "5", but not right now.

Great food and wonderful service. Our waitress Milly was awesome. Attentive and courteous. Will definitely be back. Shout out to the bar tender as well. Loved the mojitos and piña colada.

Great food and service!!
