The Deland location is awesome!

3 for me are definitely the way to go. Wife was in the mood for steak and shrimp fajitas for dinner so we went to the Deland Chili's. Wife had her Fajitas and I had the 3 for me. I got QP burger, fries and chips and salsa. Our waitress Jessica was Fantastic. She was one of the most attentive waitresses we have had in quite a while. She was so helpful and always present when you needed refill of anything. She definately made this visit to Chili's and very pleasant experiance. We will be back and we will be sure to ask for Jessica.

If you're gonna sell day old ribs, they should be priced accordingly. I was very disappointed in the ribs that we ordered. Chili's is my go too for ribs. Over Dustins and Sunny's, both of those places always have dried out ribs. I've heard of fall off the bone ribs. Mine was just the opposite. I had to carve off the bone.🤔🤔🤨

Sad to say this was the last time me and my friend go here. Our service was very slow and mediocre when receiving our drinks no straws were given till our food was out and server just passed us one time after another. Fast forward to receiving our food we found a hair in one of the plates then again around 15 minutes just to get Shelly to approach us. She apologized and switched the plate out which we appreciated but there wasn’t any genuine concern beyond her saying “sorry”. When the replacement food came out the pasta was hard and just not enjoyable and we were never approached again till it was time to pay the bill. Would have tipped more had Shelly at least checked up on us, as a server myself that is never the kind of way I approach a situation like that.

Shared the fajitas with a family member. Truthfully was enough food for 3-4 people. Plenty of leftovers.

Came in for dinner today. Waited 15 minutes for a server to even order drinks at our table. Another 20 min for our dinks to come. We finally got to order food and waited 40 minutes for food to come out. We were here over 2 hours. No refills on drinks or salsa. No is everything ok here. This place is our go to. We are here often. Since Jonny past away the service has really gone down hill. Staff just walking around doing nothing.

Service was very good. Food was out quickly and served hot. Noise level made it easy to talk. Very enjoyable meal and dining experience.

Awesome food, prices are not too high. But my family and I were really impressed by the young lady server named "Pepper". She went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed a great meal and dessert. Best experience ever in a restaurant.

Everything was rushed. Server rushed drink order, and rushed appetizer order before drinks even arrived. Apps arrived with no napkins, but main order pressured. Broccoli was dry and when some sort of garlic butter was requested, Broccoli was cold when it arrived. It was my daughter's bday dinner but the cake didn't arrive until we were packed and ready to go. Please provide better timing, especially when we are spending over $100 for a dinner meal.

Waited a half hour for a burger and they only said sorry but others got their food faster. Don’t go when no one is there they don’t care at all

Absolutely Amazing Food. Wonderful service. Great prices for the quality of food you get... I would give them 10 stars if I could. Bathrooms are also well stocked and very very clean. They really take pride in their work and business.. Management is amazing

Genuinely the worst ran restaurant i’ve ever been to, the staff is not clean no one washes their hands, the cooks don’t know how to cook any kind of meat and they don’t wear gloves, the staff is extremely rude, there is bugs, worst management team they are extremely rude and will not address any of the other hundreds of complaints they got because they don’t know how to deal with it and can’t see that them and their staff members are actually the ones in the wrong… weird and before they respond saying to go complain at some fake link they don’t actually check, no one wants to go to the link they want corporate involved and the place shut down or fixed.

The manager Jen who is was told is the GM is extremely rude , she instead of trying to make things right with the customer, she took up for her very rude to go person who messed up the order, was a complete unprofessional person twords me and my wife while trying to pickup our order , this restaurant is disgusting beyond belief will never come here again for food or to order Togo orders, we have been to the other chillies and never had any of these issues , you guys need new management and new TO GO people!
