I am writing this review to express my disappointment regarding the way I was treated during my visit to this location on 6/26 @ 10:26pm. I was disrespected by "Austin", who claims he was the only manager there. After ordering through the drive thru I then waited 25 minutes to pay. The car in front of me had issues with their order and instead of asking them to go inside or pull up to the next window, the drive thru line was held up. When I finally got up to the window to pay, "Austin was just rude for no reason"! He looked at me with DISGUST, and I said hey for having to wait so long in line would you all give a discount, Austin looked at me and said "NO" and laughed with an attitude and then he went on and said well are you going to pay or are you going to hold up my line with an attitude and a smirk on his face, and I said can I speak to the manager, and he said I am the manager. I said I want to speak to your boss because you don't get to disrespect me and he said I'm the only manager here. I said why are you looking at me like that, he made me very UNCOMFORTABLE, I felt as if I was in SLAVERY days and that DISGUST on his face said everything!!!!! I have never in my life been disrespected like this before!!!! When I told him that I needed to speak with someone above him, he said you can drive around the building and look on the side of it. Terrible experience. We went through the drive-thru and were told to pull forward, only to end up waiting a long time for our food. When it finally arrived, the fries were cold, the burger was sloppy and thrown together, and the overall quality was very disappointing. This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve visited. Management should take a closer look at the operations and customer service at this location.

This is literally the worst McDonald's 😫.why my Big Mac have mayo !!! How is this place always busy but, the fries always cold and food burnt. Sorry, I don't like cold fries or your attitude 🙄

One of the best McDonald's I been too. The meat in the big Mac was fresh and the whole meal was great. I'll give this one 5 stars

So I went there, placed and order for three McChickens and a couple other items. They read my order back to me and was correct, they stated that they had three McChickens on there. $35 dollars for the whole order. Just to be told I only got charged for two. So why did they repeat back to me that I had three but are too incompetent to type it in correctly? Or maybe they’re sliding money under the table and the employees are stealing and the managers condone it. Either way, this pregnant mama here is pissed and this McDonalds has been trash for a while now. If these employees cared about keeping a job in this economy they need to do better. You chose that job, so do it.

Very disappointing. I only go to McDonald's to get one item for lunch, the large order of French fries. They have to be freshly made, not soggy, but not too dark, and just the perfect amount of salt y47estc;× <÷÷ I got them and drove off, put my hand in the bag, and first off ... cold. Next, put one in my mouth and it was hard... cooked too long. And then there wasn't a bit of salt. So sad! ☹

Very quick service no waiting at all everything was perfect

I asked the lady at the window to confirm order, and she was super happy to do that for me. Last time I went through a McDonald’s in Lakeland they ended up throughout everything on the burger without listening to my order. She young lady at the window I appreciate you taking the time to step back and making sure I got my order just right! Thank you Groveland
