Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
People either love this place or they do not, and the ratings show it. Reviews mentioning service average 3.6 stars, so it divides opinion rather than settling it.
If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (11 reviews). One subject never comes up here: freshness. Newer reviews score better than older ones (3.6 recent against 3.1 earlier), so direction is worth weighing alongside the average.
On the health side, the most recent DBPR inspection returned a B (84/100) with 1 high-priority and 8 basic violations — middling, much like the reviews. DBPR last walked in on October 20, 2025. That puts it ahead of 22% of graded kitchens in Osceola County. The citations behind that grade include nonfood-contact surfaces clean and single-service and single-use items.
Neither signal is decisive on its own here, which is why both are shown. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

Best place to be , for someone who bowls all the time

At least 10 lanes were open and was told that there would be a wait time of 2 hours. We were told that 7 of us in the group had to be on one lane, and that we couldn’t split into 2 lanes. Since when are there 7 people on one lane??? As there were a couple of lanes that had just 2 people on each lane. Customer service guy at the desk was also very rude. Staring at his tablet and terrible eye contact. Waited for a half hour and the lanes were still available. Do not waste your time coming here.

Its an older facility but nice. Prices were good. Staff was helpful. My son left his new oakley sunglasses and Ronnie was kind/honest enough to set them aside for us. He should get a raise.

Location, what's nice and clean. We actually bought a Groupon for this location and it was very easy to use. And they were very friendly.

Peyton was awesome, prices aren't horrible for the area, definitely need work on the bathrooms.. Will be back!

This Saturday, we celebrated our son's birthday. We absolutely loved the venue, and the service from the entire staff was incredible. We recommend it 100% for any event—or just for a fun time!

Es un lugar muy familiar ,los trabajadores son muy dedicado a su trabajo solo deberían cambiar los zapatos q están acabados y las bolas grandes hay muy pocas

It wasn't bad but every lane was taken by bowling teams. So families can't really go bowling. Bar was empty and pool table was OK. But did see giant roaches running around. And arcade is so boring.

The prices are absurd for an old bowling alley with very out of date and low functioning equipment. $11 per game per person is what Universal and Disney bowling charge. You are not on that level. Upgrade your equipment if you want to charge those prices.

If I could give this place a one star, I would the amount of disrespect the people have behind the counter talking to you doesn’t even tell you the right prices so by the end of the bowling alley, we ended up with a $70 bill for three people for only two but didn’t even caught that when the guy expressed in the beginning it was only $40 for three people before we paid. They took my card in the beginning of the game and then charged my card $57 so I had to wait $57 come back to me after three days and have them charged me $40. The kid wanted to sit there and pop disrespectful behind the manager and I told the kid that I was gonna make sure that people does not come to this bowling service and shut up display is testing and not worth a deal. There’s way better bowling alley. The kids name is Manny btw!

I enjoy this place but only thing is the bathroom. Pleaseeee clean your bathrooms more often i hate going in there and smelling pee and seeing toilet paper all over the floor. But overall friendly service and good vibes

This was an amazing stop for my family. We are blending and on vacation trying to find ways to bond and after a round of egos and hurt feelings we asked Yari to put the bumpers up and had a blast. The music was fun and energetic. There is a good mix of seasoned veterans and family’s. Everyone was super friendly and kind. There is an arcade for kids to earn tickets. Great for ages 11-50-whatever. :)
