LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE #5347

Going this location on 6/29 to celebrate my 40th birthday but the experience wasn't what I was use too. Im an weekly customer of the altamonte springs location but this was my first time at this location. Once seated it took someone 33min just to come speak to us. One gentleman said hello and he would be right back but never came back, second gentleman came over to help and said he was getting our or on behalf of another servers that finally stopped by our table. Brandon the actual server had a friendly personality but was to busy. Next once we received food, it came out fresh but my steak had a hair in it. Yes the remade the streak but left the sides to get cold and didn't offer or remake new sides. Never offered to refill beverages until we requested to go cup. This was just not the longhorn experience we are use too and a horrible 40th birthday experience. I'm happy to speak with GM about experience. Bill was paid in full even after I requested that and adjustment should be made to brandon.

Stopped here after a hot morning at Animal Kingdom.Nice and cool.Clean and orderly.Our waiter Clay was amazing.He took the time to talk a little,very attentive.We ordered the loaded fries for appetizer,So amazing wow!However I had to send my steak back because my plate was bloody and the steak wasn’t well done.That kinda made the dinner less enjoyable because my husband was done with his dinner when I received the new steak..

The worst service I have ever encountered. My food and my son's came cold. I asked the server to warm the food. 20min later food was not serves. I paid the whole amount and left. I will not recommend this specific Longhorn steakhouse if you want to have a good experience. Never coming back.

i’ve become a regular here. the steak is cooked perfectly and the staff so nice and efficient.

We are visiting from out of town and had a wonderful experience here, entirely thanks to our waitress, Merian M.! While the food was perfectly fine, Merian truly made our night. She was incredibly sweet and so great with our baby. Her service was top notch. She brought us drink refills before we even had to ask, and she thoughtfully brought the kids' meal out first so we could get the little one settled. She also checked in on us the exact second she knew we all had a bite of our food to ensure everything was perfect. We would absolutely come back just to sit in her section again. Thank you, Merian, for making our family feel so welcome!

LongHorn Steakhouse is my go-to place when I'm craving a good steak. I really enjoy the flavor of their meat, the sides are always tasty, and the prices are reasonable for the quality and portions you get. Consistently a great meal and a place I keep coming back to.

Jonathan Perez the manager was awful. I will never return to this location. The food took for ever to come out, which they were not packed. Then steak comes out well done instead of how we ordered it med/rare. Waitress goes to tell manager never came out to check and we just didn’t eat it and paid.

We had dinner at LongHorn Steakhouse and overall had a very good experience. The food was good, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. It is a solid option if you want a casual steakhouse meal without it feeling too formal. The pricing was reasonable for dinner, especially compared with many other restaurants. The only reason I have not rated every category 5 stars is that it was good rather than exceptional, but we enjoyed the visit and would happily go back.

Had a great experience at LongHorn Steakhouse! The food was delicious, the steak was cooked perfectly, and the service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. Extremely disappointing experience. This place seems to be selling a brand name rather than quality food. As a first-time customer, I left with a terrible impression. The food was low quality, lacked attention to detail, and felt rushed and uninspired. What made the experience even worse was the staff's complete lack of knowledge, professionalism, and empathy when concerns were raised. For a business carrying such a recognized name, the standards should be much higher. Management should take a serious look at what is happening here because the level of service and food quality I experienced was far below acceptable. Unfortunately, my first visit will likely be my last.

Ordered takeout. Chicken tenders were salty. Ranch was asked for and I received blue cheese. Missing 1/6 tenders. Food was sloppy and appeared thrown together.
