I usually use the app but no matter what I always have to do long waits whether its drive thru, curbside, or in service. The food is 50/50 sometimes its hot and fresh or cold and not appetizing. They forget alot of times an item. So i have to constantly hold up the line to verify before leaving. The inside is always dirty with sticky tables, dirty floors, or overflowing trash. The staff there is also a hit and miss. Sometimes there are great workers and others to busy playing around, conversating (fun or inappropriate), will ignore you but talk with their friends or old co workers even if they do make eye contact with you. I only keep going here because its in a convenient area for me but I am starting to think an extra 2 or so miles might be better.

I wish we could say we ate some of the fries or they spilled in the bag but NOPE. McDonald’s— I know the bar is low for employees but come on man.

Mickey D's is always Mickey D's and this one has got all of it. I know a lot of people complain about the touch screens instead of taking your order from a real life person but there were a lot of people still behind the counter that you could go to and I usually customize my order, you know like no pickles, extra onions, mayo, no mayo. Anyway I usually get flustered when I'm talking to and actual person while I'm doing that so that makes it much easier for me to order as a person with ADHD.

Awful experience, order station did not print receipt people not helping dine in customers trouble communication from language barrier between staff.

This McDonald’s would be 5 stars if it had Coke Zero. Coke Zero is a must. It’s the most popular soda now… it needs to be in here. Upgrade the machine

this is the newest update, tired and hungry because of allergies I couldn't eat dinner at work, so I decided to grab a quarter pounder possibly the most burnt piece of burger I've ever gotten in my life.

They are fast

Got served expired cookies, we noticed after we ate and said something to let them know and got greeted with rude management.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for about 7 years now, since I was basically a teenager, and honestly it’s the most reliable McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve had so many bad experiences at other locations such as messed up orders multiple times in a row, random closures in the middle of the night for “cleaning,” long waits, rude service, even getting crashed into in the drive-thru line once. At this point, I know how inconsistent some McDonald’s can be. But this location is completely different. They always get my order right, my fries are actually extra crispy when I ask, even if I mention it late, and somehow their ice cream machine ALWAYS works. The staff here genuinely seem to care about giving good service instead of making excuses. It might sound silly to leave such a heartfelt review for a McDonald’s, but when you’ve been going somewhere for years and they stay consistent the entire time, it deserves recognition. Thank you to everyone at this location for always being reliable and making the experience good every time.

Ordered a McD's double cheeseburger, and it was delicious. There were a few minor inconveniences while ordering due to a language barrier from the person at the front, but she had a lovely energy. Immigrants are a big part of what makes this country strong and diverse.

They take forever in the morning don’t come

This McDonald’s has officially become my favorite location thanks to Nidia. She is incredibly sweet, hardworking, and truly a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. Every time I come in, she always checks to make sure everything is okay and asks if we need anything else. She goes out of her way to make customers feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. It’s rare to come across someone who consistently brings such positive energy and care to their job. Nidia is a perfect example of what excellent customer service should look like, and she absolutely deserves recognition.
