Lynnsey provided outstanding service and the food was delicious.

They have a deal where you get a double cheese burger endless sides and a drink for 10 bucks. You can also do a bbq chicken wrap or sandwich for 14.99 it's such a good deal and the food was fire

No negatives here, just very empty when we showed up so it was very still and very quiet. All good tho!

Appetizer came out after the food. Long wait before we were seated, same with ordering and even longer to get the food even though the restaurant was pretty much completely empty; maybe 4 families max. Soggy bbq chicken wrap and okay burger. Really not worth the money! Update: emailed them and no response back from customer service

Walked in and asked for a root beer float. Simple request. Simple delivery. We got root beer and ice cream. They dropped it on our table. Attitude is really not the way in 2026. We get to make it ourselves. Fun. Never said it was to go. First employee couldn’t even find it on the menu. Red Robin. Really? Water is iron. Nauseatingly gross. 🤮

Sophie, our waitress hit it out of the park! Fast, friendly service with a great balance of checking in on our progress without be a haunt. Definitely would return!

Look, Manny did his best, but the place needs to be shut down for a deep clean. The menus are old and sticky, the place has seen better days. The staff did their best and took good care of us. But the owners need to get new menus and do a deep clean of the walls, floors, and tables. The food is Red Robin, but if the front of the house is a mess, just think what the back of the house looks like. 👎🏽

We had an early dinner with a big crowd and they handled it like a champ.

Food, chicken wings, were half cooked. Service was mediocre

Waited 10 minutes to get seated. I had to go back to the kitchen to interrupt the hostess and bartender who were watching TikTok instead of seating customers. There was one waiter for a large dining room. He worked his butt off - and was tipped handsomely for it - but the manager should have been helping more instead of standing around and watching him struggle.
