BLAZE PIZZA DISNEY SPRINGS

The pizza here is really great. I’m not a huge cheese fan (only like a small amount of mozzarella) but that wasn’t a problem here as they make the pizza in front of you and you can choose the exact toppings you want and amounts. Perfect for fussy eaters. Pizza comes out quick and is very tasty, it’s a cool vibe, and friendly service.

Multiple workers were incredibly rude, very short and had a bad, nasty attitude. The nasty workers that stood out to me the most were Ava and Luciana. Including RJ who went out of his way to get a customers phone number while actively working.

I had such a lovely time over there this morning. Emma was extremely accommodating and pleasant to talk to and I throughly enjoyed her company! She makes Blaze such a nice place to sit down and enjoy my lunch.

We visited at the end of what seemed like a very long day, and although there was a small mistake with our order, the staff was kind, patient, and friendly the entire time. What stood out most was their attitude. They genuinely seemed to care and made us feel welcome from start to finish. The pizza was delicious, and the prices were much more reasonable than many of the other options around Disney Springs. Great food, great people, and great value. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily come back.

It does get very busy and I recommend looking at the menu before you go so you know what to order. My sonnis very picky but he loved his pizza here. Served pretty quickly too considering how busy it was

We were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary and we enjoyed our favorite white topped pizza and cheesey garlic bread. We are willing to drive the extra distance for our favorite pizza! Thanks.

A very busy, but very efficient. The line outdoors has a time written in locations on the cue indicating the time it will take to serve you, I thought, 'no way'... Then you get indoors and it is so quick and easy to order. You are given a stantion to put on your choice of dining area and they have your pizza out in no time. Pretty amazing! Great flavor. Only minor downaide is the super long picnic table dining, but it's understandable with the limited space, but if you don't like their seating; take it outside, or box it to-go!

Freaking incredible pizza. Horrendous service. We’re on a family Disney trip and are still figuring out how the Quick Service Dining Plan works. This was only our second day using it, so we’re definitely still learning what different restaurants allow and how everything is supposed to work. The pizza was really good. The service, though, was shockingly bad. Three different employees at the pizza station were rude, and the cashier really took the cake. I honestly can’t remember the last time I was treated so poorly or felt so unwelcome at a restaurant. We weren’t being difficult—I just wasn’t super confident because I’ve never had a pizza made this way before, so I was probably moving a little slower than the average Blaze customer. It was made clear multiple times that I was not moving fast enough for their liking. I also asked a couple of questions about what was included with the dining plan. Every restaurant seems to handle it a little differently, which is completely fine, but that does mean guests are occasionally going to have questions. Instead of being helpful, the staff were annoyed that I was asking them. I know Disney Springs is a mix of Disney-owned and independently operated businesses, and I’m not expecting pixie dust and over-the-top Disney service everywhere I go. But basic courtesy and respect shouldn’t be too much to ask. The pizza was amazing, but if we lived in the area, we would likely choose somewhere else because of how poor the service was.

Excelente lugar eliges lo que deseas colocar en tu pizza, la atención en especial de Stephano fue genial, carismático atento y siempre dispuesto a solucionar. An excellent place where you choose your own pizza toppings; the service—especially from Stephano—was fantastic: he was charismatic, attentive, and always ready to help resolve any issues.

I ordered a pizza and it was really salty, not only that but when I asked to get another one, it took forever. So much that one of my friends ate their pizzas and almost when we were about to leave they brought it. Not gonna come back.

Muy rica la pizza y la ensalada. La pizza la podes crear vos misma. La pedís y con un número vienen a tu mesa y te traen la comida. La bebida la llevas vos. El personal fue muy amable. Suele haber cola pero va muy rápido.

We love coming to Blaze when we are in Disney springs. We noticed Jalen as soon as we entered he was keeping the queue moving and bought such a positive fun energy to what was a long wait, you could tell the customer was his main priority. We ordered and when one of our pizzas didn’t arrive Anita sorted the issue for us really quickly and went the extra mile to make sure we left happy. We would come here every time for the service alone, helps that the food is also great! We need this franchise in the UK!
