So the food is pretty good. Especially the chips, salsa, queso, and guacamole. The ribs were alright. Fries are aight. My problem here is the service. The hostess weren't very welcoming and looked pretty miserable. Our server (Ruben) took his time getting to our table even tho there were multiple servers and the place was not busy. He didn't worry about getting our drinks at all until after he got our appetizer and our cups stayed empty for the entire meal when we all just ordered water.

The hosts were so nice!! We were drenched in rain and Kiki, Kinava, Britney, Anaya, & Stephany got us paper towels!!!

Kiki, Kinara, Britney, Anaya, and Stephany were so much fun and helped us out of the rain and made it a fun experience!

I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the food, the attentiveness of the staff, and the variety of drinks offered. My bartender, Brandee, crafted the most delicious and visually stunning cocktails, making each one look five-star. Our waiter, Bran, took the time to explain the menu thoroughly, offered thoughtful recommendations, and ensured that every aspect of our experience met the highest standards of service.

I had such a great time at Paradiso 37! I sat at the bar and Brandee took amazing care of me from start to finish. She was sooo friendly, attentive, and made some of the most delicious drinks I’ve ever had. Her customer service was exceptional, and she made the whole experience so enjoyable. If you’re stopping by, I highly recommend sitting at the bar and asking for Brandee! you won’t be disappointed! I’ll definitely be back for her and her delicious drinks

We were having a great time watching the Copa Mundial. We got there early to get good seats.....until the ugly manager Alex demanded us to leave very rudely, My husband, (who is a veteran and still serves our country everyday), his parents and I, had been ordering drinks and apps all afternoon having a good time thanks to our server Adam. Until, the manager, Alex, approached us very angry and with a stern attitude. She made us feel very singled out because and mainly because of our race. She was very unprofessional and had no people skills. We can't even believe she is a manager at a Disney restaurant! I give all the thanks to Adam our server for being professional and going out of his way to de-esculate the situation and make us feel comfortable ! We would never have expected this to happen to us on vacation. Ruined our day, but not our spirits.

Emily and Brandee are the absolute best! My friend and I had our meal at the bar and they were so attentive and kind. Not to mention the food was to die for ❤️

Had great experiences on 2 separate occasions with Klaus and Breanna on the first, then Gabriela on the second. Did happy hour both times. They all couldn't have been nicer! Loved talking to them and hearing their stories as well. Will definitely be back there at some point. Great place 👌🏼

What an awful experience. If you are planning on eating at Disney Springs you are much better off eating at a quick service restaurant than this place. I went with some of my friends and our daughters and our girls were treated as an after thought. Polite and kind young ladies not causing a ruckus got their orders 10-15 minutes after the parents. They had to tell their waitress multiple times what food they were waiting on; still having to wait for an extended amount of time. Their server Victoria H talked to them in a harsh tone, nearly slammed drinks on the table, and were not attentive (please know there was maybe 1 other party she was attending to). Many of the meals were “just okay” it took 40 minutes from ordering food to getting it with limited people in there. I would strongly not recommend do not come here.
