LA ANTIOQUENA RESTAURANT

This used to be my go-to restaurant because the food has always been good. However, this time I ordered takeout and was very disappointed. I paid for a full plate and found that it included avocado that was not fit for consumption. It was very disappointing to receive food like this, especially from a place I usually trust.

I ordered ahead, came in to the store to pick up my order, and ended up waiting for additional 30 minutes. No customers inside (to consider they were busy, no), multiple employees and still waited for my order for about one hour.

Very poor service. My drink order was wrong, and no apology was offered. My empanadas were burned and after waiting nearly 20 minutes, I had to ask multiple times before anyone explained what happened. The staff ignored us, never offered refills, and never checked on our table. The food was decent, but the customer service was unacceptable.

One of my favorite Columbian Restaurants. I recommend this to anyone looking for some quality, delicious, latin dishes 😋

Estuve allí con mi familia, que acababa de llegar de Colombia ese mismo día. Éramos 8 personas en la mesa y quien comenzó a tomar nuestro pedido fue el propio manager del restaurante. Sin embargo, solo tomó el pedido de 3 personas y se retiró de la mesa sin terminar de atendernos. Poco después llegó una mesera, quien tuvo que volver a tomar el pedido completo. Le explicamos que el manager se había ido sin terminar de tomar la orden, y ella amablemente intentó disculparse por la situación. Más tarde comenzaron a llegar los platos que el manager había alcanzado a ordenar inicialmente y, después, los que la mesera había registrado nuevamente. Esto generó órdenes duplicadas y varios platos repetidos. Cuando explicamos lo ocurrido, el manager se acercó a la mesa, pero en lugar de disculparse o reconocer el error, simplemente nos dijo que los platos no podían devolverse porque ya estaban facturados. Su actitud fue muy altanera y poco profesional, especialmente considerando que era el propio gerente del restaurante. No tuvimos problema en pagar la cuenta, aunque el error no fue nuestro. Lo que realmente dañó nuestra experiencia fue la falta de atención, la ausencia de una disculpa sincera y la actitud del manager durante toda la situación. Es lamentable, porque una buena atención al cliente puede marcar la diferencia incluso cuando ocurren errores.

My kids chose here for the mother's day lunch since I said I wanted to eat colombian foods. They have fresh juice. Soup was good. Arepa de choclo was yummy. And we enjoyed being there. I would go there again if we are in a neighborhood.

If I was able, I would rate a 0-stars just based off the management. I called in just to let the team know that the sauces included on the description of the 3 items I ordered were not included. I was kind, just hoping to inform them that DoorDash lists the option for additional sauces at an additional price, and that I didn’t order passion sauce, just the ones mentioned and included. The manager “junior” (owners son) responded… “we can’t read your mind.” He was extremely rude while I stayed nice, then he hung up on me when I said I was very disappointed. I called back, because I was in shock, I couldn’t believe my experience, sure enough, he wouldn’t get back on the phone. I will never return back here again.

La mejor comida latina de Orlando y el mejor servicio en especial la dueña

Muy buena atención de parte de la Mánager, comida deliciosa, y charla parchada.

La comida es muy buena pero tienen que tener en cuenta de que si van con más de 5 personas te cobran un 18% a la factura que no te lo dicen, esto me parece mal de su parte porque yo considero que deberían avisar antes de ofrecernos la mesa ellos solo te lo dicen cuando vas a pagar y ya has consumido .

El Antioqueña Restaurant serves good Colombian food. I ordered the “Bandeja Antioqueña” it was great, the steak was cooked and seasoned very well!! Very large portions and prompt and courteous service!

Este sitio no lo recomiendo el dia hoy estuve allí pedi un jugo y una empanada me tuve que ir antes de tiempo y no estuvo listo mi pedido les dije que me hicieran la devolución y no lo hicieron me robaron de verdad que dan mucho que desear asi no creo que lleguen lejos
