Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Reviews here split hard: 12 five-star against 3 one-star, with little in between. Reviews mentioning how guests are treated average 3.1 stars, so it divides opinion rather than settling it.
5 stars is the modal score, given by 12 of the 19 reviewers who rated. A third strand, wait times, appears in 16% of them at 3.7 stars. The split is 14 positive to 4 negative across 19 rated reviews, with 1 in the middle.
On the health side, the most recent DBPR inspection returned a C (73/100) with 1 high-priority, 2 intermediate, and 13 basic violations — middling, much like the reviews. That inspection was on March 20, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is upward over the records we hold. On health score it sits safer than 9% of the Brevard County restaurants we grade. Among the items recorded were cross-contamination and wiping cloths.
The honest summary is that the evidence is mixed on both sides. Everything above is computed from the 19 reviews reproduced below.

It was my first time going! And it was great. I would go again.

I have visited this place many times. Today was not a busy day there. I ordered a burrito and it was like they poured water over it. The tortilla was gummy and it was literally water on my plate. The waitress was super nice and said she would talk to the manager. She came back and said the manager was too busy to speak to. It was $100 for two people! I’m not complaining about the price. Again, I have been there many times before. It’s in fact one of my favorite places. However, the water burrito was a poor excuse for food. Saying the manager is too busy to speak when I didn’t even ask for the manager was ridiculous! We will not be back! That’s just poor service, poor excuse and terrible food! Taco Bell would have been way better. Literally floating in water!

A group of 20 of us came in for Father’s Day the restaurant was busy but they were able to handle every one of us with grace and the best service. We love to be food and the margaritas are to die for. We left and the restaurant was still packed and everyone was so happy. Thank you Tequila House we will forever be grateful for making our Father’s Day so special.

Food is awesome great service.
-
The food is great very clean older outdoor building but when you walk inside it's a big wow
-
On day 2 of food poisoning 🤢 Be warned! It either came from the tables or Gauc, chicken tacos, or complimentary salsa.
-
This is by far the best Mexican food I have had in the states! We had the shrimp and chicken nachos and they were so delicious. The burrito could feed a family of four and yet still 🔥🔥🔥 lobster tacos with this mango salsa were to die for. Very very impressed 🙏

Its a little loud inside, but the food is and drinks are always good

I guess this passes for Mexican food if you’re from Florida. Looks like store-bought tortillas, not hard to make your own.Way overpriced for some beans, cheese, and chicken. Server Was nice. Probably won’t ever come back.

Please don’t go here, unless you want undercooked food. Good service, and kind waiter, but got sick after eating here

Mickey was our server and she was great. We had Mexican tacos, margaritas and fajitas. Chips and salsa were great and Mickey kept drinks and chips flowing. Wonderful Friday dinner spot!
-
Huge portions of tasty food Salsa was unusual and delicious
-
So much food, I have lunch for tomorrow. The salsa was different in that it had a bean vibe which sets it apart from the typical. will definitely go back
-
Food was little pricey for the amount I got. But it was still delicious

Well, the first time I visited was probably 3 years ago and it was great! My friend and I went yesterday and we ended up walking out. Supposedly there was a 15 minutes wait although there was tables available so we were advised to sit at the bar for faster service. After 15 minutes someone dropped off chips and salsa. The bartender never gave us menus or asked if we wanted to place an order. After wait for a total of 30 minutes we decided to leave. I'm not sure if the chef quit or the were just short staffed but it was very poor customer service. Do not recommend at this time
