It was quiet and business was slow due to the time of day. The server was able to pay attention to us and be sure the food and drinks were right

🥩Consistently Excellent Dinner🥩 When my family has a special occasion to celebrate, chances are we'll be heading to LongHorn Steakhouse. We've had consistently excellent service and dinners here. If I had to highlight two items on the menu, I'd pick: 🧀White Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms - I will literally drive to LongHorn Steakhouse *just* to eat these things. They're a great table appetizer for sharing with your party. These roasted mushroom come stuffed full of garlic herb cheese and crispy parmesan crust. They're served over a bed of four-cheese sauce, perfect for dipping and scooping extra gooey creaminess into each bite. Pro tip: Spoon whatever of the cheese sauce is left onto your plate for bread spread! 🍫Chocolate Stampede Cake - It should honestly be called "Death by Chocolate Cake" because this double-wedge of goodness is crafted from six kinds of chocolate. Thank goodness for the scoop of vanilla bean ice cream on the side, because it helps balance out the wonderfully rich, dark sweetness overload. Again, it's ideal for sharing with your whole party, so don't be afraid to order it on a full stomach!

My sirloin steak was very tough. It tasted great but cutting it was ridiculously hard.

What a great experience we had recently at Longhorns on Merritt Island!! We sat at the bar and had Lisa as a bartender and server. What an excellent job Lisa did and made our dining experience a great one. The food was served promptly and tasted great. If you want great food and service at an excellent price go to Longhorns on Merritt Island.

I just had my first experience at LongHorn Steakhouse in Merritt Island, and it was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere gave me that classic Texas and old Western movie vibe. The restaurant has a great character and made the experience feel special right from the start. The service was excellent. Lisa C. did an amazing job she was friendly, attentive, and made sure my first visit was a memorable one. I ordered the Renegade Sirloin with Redrock Grilled Shrimp, and both were cooked perfectly. The steak was tender, flavorful, and exactly how I wanted it. The shrimp were absolutely incredible; the flavor was on another level. And I can’t forget to mention LongHorn’s signature Mac & Cheese OMG! it was out of this world. Rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, it easily became one of my favorite parts of the meal. To finish everything off, I had the Molten Lava Cake, and honestly, I don’t have enough words to describe how delicious it was. It was the perfect ending to an amazing meal. I’m leaving happy, full, and impressed. If this was my first experience at LongHorn, it definitely won’t be my last. Thank you, Lisa, and thank you to the entire team for the outstanding service and food. Great job!

Today, I took my wife to lunch, We went to LongHorn Steakhouse, We were quickly greeted and sat down. Our Waitress assisted us, Her name was Summer, She was very nice and very pleasant, She took our drink order, brought us fresh bread and butter. Shortly after that, Summer came back and took our order, My wife had the steak and lobster tail, loaded potato and Caeser salad, I had the Outlaw Ribeye®: 20 oz. bone-in, well-marbled, and fire-grilled, Loaded potato, I must say, The first bite of my steak..... It was absolutely Devine, medium rare, melted in my mouth, Seasoned just right.....I highly suggest for a big appetite, Try the Outlaw, you won't be disappointed. Summer treated us well.

Steak was great. Salmon had to be expired sadly. Longhorns salmon is usually solid. This was a one bite, straight to garbage can.

We frequent this restaurant at least once a month. The lunch specials are moderately priced and the portions are generous. Yesterday we opted for appetizers as our main entrees. Food is consistently good. Our usual server, Wyatt, is always delightful. 😁

Love there stuffed mushrooms, filet with the parmesan crust is to die for.

The food was delicious & as expected. Our waiter Chauncey was great! Attentive. Made sure we were pleased with our meals. We will definitely be returning next time we're in the area!

It’s 206 went to buy lunch simple a bowl of soup to go walk to the bar bartender looked at me and blew her breath and didn’t greet me. Ask for a different server just to do it to go order said they had to go get a manager It’s just simple. It’s not hard and it’s ridiculous. Just wanted to eat. That’s it too much problems. Don’t overwork your people and they will be happy to see your guests when they walk in the storm simple
