Service was fast, could have been a little more friendly

The restaurant was clean and well maintained. The kiosk ordering system is Ok. Service was not exactly personable, just calling out a name and placing the tray on the counter. My shake took about 10 minutes after I inquired about it. The explaination “the shakes are done differently here”. Bun was dry and a bit stiff, the burger patties were not close to being off the griddle, dry and lukewarm. The fries were awesome and the shake is amazing, love the glass. Restrooms were perfect! BTW The Grill Chef greeted me, said ‘hello’, and was the most friendly and personable in the restaurant.

Awful milkshake, filled the bottom with whipped cream for some reason, bland and thin fries and blandest burger ever. Last time I had Steak ‘n Shake was 6 years ago and was 10x better

I went to Steak 'n Shake for the first time and was very impressed with the freshness and taste of their double cheeseburger and fries. Very delucious!

Dont toss your receipts.. you need it for your drink. Kinda dirty and the scanner drink machine thing was weird but ok. Only 1 refill 🤷♀️ food was ok for the price though

Try to give this place a second chance and won’t be back food cold I asked for chili cheese fries I got cold soggy fries with side of cold cheese no chili and cold burger for the price not worth it

It is what it is. Burger was good. Fries were good. Shake was good. If you're expecting any more than that, you'll be disappointed.

Unfortunately Steak n Shake no longer offers Malted Milk Shakes. It has been over a year now that I've been checking and they have not brought it back to their menu.
