MCDONALD'S

We are travelers and we saw in menu item that we’ve never seen before and we asked the woman at the window if they had it currently because it was a dessert item and we’re here for breakfast and she ignored us purposely. And then I proceeded to ask her again and she still ignored me. And then we called and asked for her name multiple times and she didn’t respond for 30 seconds to a minute and then when we said hello again, she’s like yes with an attitude. We didn’t appreciate the attitude very unprofessional. If you don’t like the job then quit.

This restaurant and its staff have it going on , they work well under stress,alot of cars today and it flowed efficiently Great work

Ordered a kids meal and a big Mac meal. No changes/extras or substitutions. It took 14 minutes from the time I ordered in the drive thru until my food was handed to me! I dismissed thr wait time, thinking that they were behind snf my food would be fresh, but sadly it was bit. The big Mac was "sort of" warm, as were the fries. I wasn't offered an apology or any comment on the wait time. Conversely, I stop at this location about once a month for breakfast and the service is great (always fast) and the food is always hot! In my opinion, this disparity points to the difference in managers for the difference shifts.

Three employees walked passed me no one say hello. Try to get there attention but they are in conversations with other employees.

This is one of the best managed McDonald’s I’ve been to. I’m a regular and have gone to this location over 30 times and they always get my order correct and have had no issues. 5/5

Terrible service sat at the drive thru window for 10 minutes before anyone helped me just to get a nasty attitude. Then cold food when I had mobile ordered it 15 minutes before I came

I went through the drive through this morning and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Mrs. Lauren. Lauren was unbelievably kind to me and complimented my sunglasses and asked what my plans were. I told her I was getting my hair done and she told me I was already beautiful. I’m 36 weeks pregnant and haven’t felt like myself. I’ve felt very large and ugly and swollen. Little does she know her kind words would make my whole day.

Kiosk ordering, no one at the counter until the regulars popped in. No issue though it was kind of early. Bathrooms were pristine

Dont know how they are washing hands when there is only a “ trickle” of water coming out of the sink in the ladies room

Absolutely terrible. We ordered through door dash so Im taking that into consideration while writing this. Waited forever for our food(our dasher showed at the mcdonalds location for almost 45 minutes), and not only was it cold, but alot of our stuff was either missing or wrong. My wife wanted no onions, and the slip on her container said no onions, but the burger was covered in onions. My son asked for only ketchup, cheese, amd pickles and got everything on his. I got a spicy chicken sandwich, the piece of chicken was only about half the size of the buns, and the sauce wasn't even on the bun. It was mostly on the side of the sandwich. And didn't even have any of the toppings that were in the description. We were missing a few orders of fries and also drinks. As a family of 6 I spent over $100, this is absolutely ridiculous.

Mcds is great better then most you go to.

This place is close to everything. The staff is friendly. The place is immaculate. The service is great. The atmosphere is good. If you're looking for some place that's close to everything, this would be your go-to place.
