CHILI'S GRILL & BAR

We haven't been to a Chili's in quite a while... food and service started to go downhill but we decided to give them another try with their 3 for $10 deal... glad we did! We went to the Eustis location... food was delicious!! We had the Big Smasher Burger and the Deluxe Big Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Both were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing! Juicy and delicious! The service was fantastic... our server was attentive, friendly and professional. Fantastic experience!

Great. We went for my niece's Birthday lunch.

Sometimes places don't deserve a second chance. 3 servers at the entrance chatting, and we still have to wait for a fourth to get a seat. No greetings, nothing. The server just drop the menus and run away. And then wait... for 10 minutes... and nothing. I could understand if the place was full (wasn't) or short staffed, but if you have employees chatting, then is just bad management. So we leave with a reassurance that Chilli's standard just drop another notch. Then we went to Longhorn at the next plaza. What a difference. Greetings at the door, seated immediately with my choice of table, complimentary bread, order taken right away and manager came to the table to oversee that everything was OK. So make yourself a favor and go straight to a good service.

Great food, great service.

If you expect to order food to go from this location don't. Your food will sit there right in front of your face and get cold before someone helps you. If you try to get your own food they yell at you that you aren't allowed. Funny how it's ok for you to sit there and look at your order but not allowed to grab it. So many other establishments give you a pick up kiosk but this establishment won't even acknowledge you. Expect you to wait for them. And yell at you for not getting any kind of service. I guess service happens on their terms not yours. Who running the to go crew and why haven't they been demoted?

I go to chilis atleast once a month I absolutely love it and especially this location the people are so incredibly kind and there is amazing service I’ve never had an issue if you go I would definitely suggest the triple dipper it is by far the best deal and best food. And I’m currently getting a triple dipper right now!

Caley is a very valued employee, she does her job extremely well. And is quick to return whatever you needed. The best waitress I've ever run across and my kids all agreed. We were there today a party of like 7 great job caley. You should have more stars. She deserves a raise

May 24,2026 Came in with my sister and my toddler for a late lunch. Destiny was absolutely wonderful! Excellent service from start to finish! She made sure our food orders were correct, handled our to-go orders perfectly, and split the check with no issues at all. She also went back multiple times to grab extra items we needed and stayed friendly and attentive the whole time. Great experience overall!

Best hamburger in town

The service here is amazing. The food is so quick! Often times drinks make it to the table before servers have even left yet, and appetizers make it within 5 minutes!

Hubby and I go to Mt Dora location every so often and when we do, we always hope to get Alyssa as our server. We hadn't been there in awhile and she recognized us right away (even remembering our favorite football team). When I say she's a great waitress, that's an understatement. She is sooo nice and efficient at her job. She never forgets anything! We were literally saying tonight that she is probably the best waitress we have ever had...as in ANYWHERE, which is really saying something because we eat out quite a bit! Our dinner was really good and served piping hot. Honestly we always have a great meal at this location (though I do miss the shrimp tacos you used to have). Kudos to you, Chili's on having a fantastic employee and really great food! We will be back!

We like to get the 3 for me deals at Chili's. We usually sit in the Bar with the sporting events going on. Alyssa, is usually in bar side serving. I have to say, we've had her serve us at least a half a dozen times all together, and this girl has it all covered. She's very sharp and remembers almost everything thrown at her. Not just with us, but all the tables she covers around us. We eat at all the circle of bars and restaurants in the same area as this place. She has to be, the best waitress and server we have had by far. A real sweetheart, as she couldn't be more knowledgeable and professional at her job. There are a few good ones in the bars and restaurants of this area, but she is by far the best at what she is doing. This girl has it down and it was about time we left Alyssa and the Mt. Dora Chili's our experiences with her over the time we have eaten there. A job again, well done!

I took my wife and kids and there this Sunday for lunch and the service was great. Food was great and the prices were still good compared to other restaurants.

I go here all the time and it's always good.
