TEXAS ROADHOUSE

I recently had the opportunity to experience some individuals: Nahanka, Chantelle, Anthony, Kelana, and Sadie. They provided a great dining experience and look to see them again soon!!! The food was equally enjoyable from the cooks and all servers throughout the restaurant. Outstanding job by all!!!

Texas Roadhouse is a very good place to eat.

My family and I go here often. Went 2 days ago at 9pm and we were very dissatisfied with the service we received. Waitress was great her name was Ally. We ordered 2 salads and a 12oz prime rib. Over 45minutes to prepare salads and a steak that only needs to be put on a plate. We had our order switched to take out. Spoke with the manager and the entire time she seemed uninterested with what my wife had to say. Her response " not much I can do since you already paid and are on your way out"., That woman needs another profession. I will not return there. I live in Winter Garden and will drive all the way to Clermont next time.

The food was excellent and our server Debbie was excellent. She was friendly and attentive. The only complaint is the host station. They asked for our phone number but never texted. Then when you were called it was hard to hear your name. Once called.you were asked to wait at the front. This created a bottleneck at the entrance. Perhaps a revamp of the wait system is needed. Thank you and we will be back.

Place was EXTREMELY busy for Father’s Day (understandable) We placed a to-go order, a total of 6 meals. 4 steak dinners and was missing 3 sides. I called the restaurant all day but was unable to get a person on the phone.

The only complaint is that its noisy as hell, but its because its pretty popular so I guess its a good thing

The service here was honestly next level! Rolls were inconsistent in size, some would be small and then have one normal size one in the basket, but still good.

Great location with friendly staff, always a fan of the roadkill.
