So I just got here with my kids on 06/26/26 and the receptionist “Nikki” was extremely rude and not friendly what so ever. She actually ruined my night. She charged my card the first time, then refunded the card, then charged again then refunded again and charged me the 3rd time. Again, she was so rude and not friendly at all. Rooms are nice and clean. A receptionist’s job is to smile and be friendly and explain the property to the guest and where everything is. Ya, Nikki did non of the above. I would give her a big fat F.

On the first day; our toilet did not flush, our hair dryer did not work, and the TV cut off every ten mins. A male staff member knocked on our door at 10pm with the replacement hair dryer and asked to enter our room to collect the other. Rooms are dated and musty. Pool is awesome though.

Prime location at International Drive, walking distance to restaurant and activities

Had to find a place to stay at quick notice that was a reasonable price and this did just the trick. Staff was very nice, answered all my questions and overall was a positive experience. Do the rooms need updating? Yes…but that’s not a reflection of the staff that’s on the property owners. Was it clean? Yes. They are also very upfront with how their housekeeping policies are which I had no issues with but others may do pay attention to that. I had no issues with noise it was very quiet. Water was always hot…and the a/c worked just great. Was perfect for what I needed but I also was traveling alone and didn’t have a pile of kids to entertain. So if you need a clean place to lay your head for a night or two and you don’t mind a property with minimal decor in the room then I’d recommend it.

Do not recommend – terrible service and maintenance We had a very uncomfortable stay here and would not recommend this hotel due to poor service and maintenance issues: Uncomfortable Bedding: The bedsheets and blankets were so uncomfortable we could barely sleep. We asked for a change, but the staff never did it. Neglected Housekeeping: They only clean rooms every 4 days. We requested simple things like fresh towels and a trash empty, which were completely ignored. Maintenance Issues: The elevator is poorly maintained and the floor indicator screen wasn't even working. Landphone was not working still requested to fix not addressed. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Important: if you get a room in the tower, it can be very noisy! People talking in the courtyard sounds like they are right outside your room. So try to get a room in the main building. Rooms are fine, but you'll never get anyone to bring you a towel so you'll have to steal it off a cart when you see it. Other than that, pool is nice, restaurant has good variety, good location to walk to restaurants or mini golf etc. I would stay here again.

The hotel offer a “good breakfast” when you book , but when you check-in they tell you have only 2 breakfast by room you have to pay for the additionals, that doesn’t make any sense. Additionally the “breakfast” doesn’t even include a coffee. they only have one cashier so the lines are very long. attached is a picture of the juices, totally disaster the breakfast.

Excellent place! Clean, right in the middle if everything

I’ve only been checked in here, not even a full hour, and I finally just got my room because they kept messing up on the room numbers and what my room was supposed to be. The first time they sent me to a floor with a room number that didn’t even exist, The second time they sent me to a room that wasn’t facing the correct location I had originally requested when I had booked, The third time they just sent me back to the original room that I was supposed to be in but what with the correct number. Now that I’m in my correct room. The AC isn’t even working. This is my first and last time here. Absolutely ridiculous

Great place to stay when going to Universal! There are free shuttles available if the times work for you. But also just a super fast and cheap Lyft or Uber ride away! I would however like to see the check-in process more modernized. You can “complete your pre-arrival check-in” online like they ask you to in an email. But then you still have to fill out information by hand when you get there… That’s kind of annoying.

Horrible check in experience. Twenty minutes standing in the hallway outside my room while they look for new batteries for the door. Zero help at front desk just go wait. Grounds are not clean at all. The entire property reeks of age and lack of maintenance. Everything is dirty and smells musty. The location is just a step above a bad county fair if a four lane highway went through the middle of it.

For my birthday, my wife and I went to Orlando Florida. We stayed at the Wyndham. The hotel was nice. The room needed to be updated. The people at the hotel were great. Next time we go to Orlando we will stay there again. Thank you for time on my birthday.
